I bought a DNA test, but once I received it I was required to verify my age since the app did not believe I was an adult. They were supposed to call me to verify my age but never did. I just gave up and decided to not use the DNA test at all. A month later I was charged $150 from the subscription I bought for the DNA test but never cancelled. On their website, I went to the “refund” tab to request a refund. However, I only got a partial 25% refund. I’m just very disappointed with the experience.
Not transparent, limited access

After paying 135$ for full subscription basically the same benefits as a free account. There's still watermark all the pictures limited access to the rest of the features. Contact anybody or call anyone so 0 customer service. Use the free account avoid paid subscription!

the worst app i have ever seen, very confusing, no feedback or support. you have to spend a lot of time to figure out their app or website. it is impossible to change the delivery address. very bad for your money.

Didn’t find anything about my family did not want to continue but would not let me cancel says I don’t have an account but you took 98 dollars and change off my card now way to contact anybody

I have used MyHeritage for probably 10 yrs…Maybe more. This is where I store everything about my family tree. Photos, birth dates & DNA results.
I just signed up for the AI photo app. It animates, colorizes and restores old photos. I have gotten to see my dad’s mother move and laugh for the first time. We have no movies of her and she died before I was born! Amazing!

There’s an option if you want them to have access to every single photo on your phone or if you just want to individually select the photos…. over and over and over and over and over and over again, they don’t let you proceed without allowing them access to all of the photos… at first I snuck a few through, but then it simply wouldn’t work without giving them full access; so I did, now I’m deleting the app and getting my money back. Don’t compromise your privacy.

I have been trying for almost a week now to get my refund and have yet to receive any information from anyone regarding my service ticket there is absolutely not customer service at all i highly would not recommend this app. Customer service is nonexistent.
