If I could give this app a negative 20 I would if I could tbh. The new look is too confusing and ugly. And ever since google took over Fitbit it doesn’t track anything properly. Last night I slept for 8 hours and 24 mins but it’s telling me I only slept for 7 hours and 15 mins. Everything is off and I don’t trust it. So sick of this. Bc nothing ever changes except for the look of it.

Why would they change the graphics to something completely unreadable?! Google is RUINING Fitbit!

The sleep activity was the main reason I got the Fitbit now that it’s removed I’ll have to find a different sleep device. This Fitbit is useless for me now
  • Updated Sleep Data Display is Horrendous

The April 2024 update destroyed Fitbit's beautiful sleep data display. It has been rendered hard to look at, difficult to interpret and all in all a Hot Mess. Why the change? Fitbit user since 2009, now shopping for an Apple watch.
  • New user interface is a complete downgrade

The new updates to the user interface look so much worse than the previous versions. All of the color is gone and now the app looks like any other generic health app; it’s lost all of its charm. The last straw was the change to the sleep display. Not only are the colors and the display horrendous, it is harder to read the data.
  • The new Update is terrible.

I have been loyal to Fitbit for a decade, but the new app is terrible. It’s an absolute downgrade. It’s not intuitive. There’s no way to adjust recognized exercise when it recognizes wrong. The sleep information is worthless now as it’s impossible to read. I’m shopping for a new company. Such a bummer.
  • Bring back the old version of app

Every update made the app looks worse. After the recent update on April 16,2024, the sleep score pattern looks so bad, used to have heart rate for sleep but now it’s gone and only show estimated oxygen variation. Fitbit is not listening to users anymore, they think they are doing better but actually it’s getting worse from one update to another version.
  • Avoid at all costs

When it does work, it’s not half-bad. Not half-good either, but still… Look, Google (like AT&T) ruin everything they touch. Stay away and try Garmin.
  • Does not work!!

I have had this app and a fit bit for ages- the inconsistency is unbelievably frustrating. I pay for premium and it almost never tracks my sleep. Over 75% of the time I’m having to o manually enter the hours slept. It doesn’t update without me forcing it to repeatedly. And now it appears the sleep tracker has been changed ( updated)but it’s now not working AT ALL (again I PAY for premium) and the one day I got it to work by manually entering my info- I did NOT enjoy the ‘new look’ 👎🏻. For a paid service and product so widely known, there really shouldn’t be this many issues with the app.
