  • Inspire 3 keeps losing pairing

All of a sudden, my Fitbit is losing pairing and I’m being instructed to go to settings and forget the device I’ve had it for quite a while now but with all these bug fixes, I’m getting completely confused I was being instructed today to connect with Apple health. I really don’t need all that. If this continues, I will be forced to replace my Fitbit with some other brand.
  • When it works

When it works it’s ok. But it is glitchy. Takes forever to sync some days. I have to turn off my phone and restart sometimes to get it to sync. Occasionally two days in a row I will get EXACTLY the same number of steps… which seems almost impossible. My husband uses the sleep part and it often has him going to sleep at 2 or 3 AM not 11 when he actually goes to bed.
  • Daylight savings completely broken (but fixes the next day)

This bug went away the day after day light savings. Annoying but I guess not a huge deal. All my hourly values are wrong and it's calculating all my previous weeks are off by one hour and look wrong. I can't set my hourly goals because when I set something and hit save the values change. And not consistently. The duration will change and the start and end values sometimes change.
  • Can’t wait to get rid of this

This app is absolute garbage. I refresh, it triples my steps. I refresh again, it gives me less steps than I have. I refresh a third time, still the wrong number. This app never works right & I’m sick of it. I can’t wait for this Fitbit to die so I can switch to Garmin.
  • Terrible after updates

What was once a good app has turned into a total dud. Once easy to read graphs are now washed out pastel colored mush, and some have no useable scales(like the estimated oxygen saturation). After the most recent update sport wasn’t registered properly whereas active minutes were reasonably accurate. Whoever is in charge of making changes to the app has no idea how to present data. A shame.
  • Love my fit bit hate new app!

I personally preferred the old view of the app. For the sleep I hate that times aren’t listed at the bottom so I could see what time I was awake or up. Why would you take that away? The new app definitely not better!!!!
  • Heart rate zones broken

With several later releases, the app records Heart rate ok, and when you exercise, the Heart Rate zone graph shows all my activity properly in the upper 3 of 4 zones for today’s 55 minute fast walk. BUT, the data at the bottom which gives you percentage of time in each zone, shows 0% and 0 minutes in each of these upper three zones, and shows my 55 minute time all in the “light” zone at 100% - clearly in disagreement with upper graph data!!! This needs to be fixed! Used to work fine. Charge 2; app v4.38.

Why can’t you write the patch earlier rather than after the fact Where is the update!
  • Went downhill

Ever since Fitbit was purchased by Google they’ve gone downhill. They had changed the application multiple times removing functionality (options) to force Fitbit owners to signup for the premium subscription. The sleep function used to be very good but now it’s gotten to the point where it’s no longer useful. I going to switch to Apple or another device.
