i’m using the app right now to make an edit and ever since i updated it, it keeps saying “unable to download picture” like it wouldnt let me put my qr codes in.. PLEASE FIX..

How do you fix video star when you bought the subscription and it’s not working

VIDEO STAR ITS NOT LETTING ME EDIT AND I HAVE TO BUY ITTTTTTTTTTT EDIT I THINK

i’ve had dis app for years but have to delete it because for 1. it glitches when i insert a video it times out an goes to my home screen then 2. for some reason my videos is recognized as youtube shorts which have neva been tha case before, apparently you kan use 16:9 to help. but fix yo app an clean da bugs an make da app better so i kan continue to usin it.

every 10 seconds when i adjust or make an edit a error pops up saying “unable to import video try again later”. it only works when i continuously delete and reinstall the app.

Loveee but i would so love and appreciate if there was an option where u can select a clip and then also be able to extend that clip from the video u chose it from😩😩 would be so elite especially when sometimes youu dont map out the time stamps perfectly along with the audio so u have to tweak it, sometimes i have to go into capcut to slow the video down to extend it but id love it that was an option or atleast the option to click a clip and go back to see the timestamp on which u took from a video

Hello! I would like to start by saying that I’ve been using this app for almost a decade now, and I have had no issues with it whatsoever. As of recently though, I took notice that in order to access certain features, you need to buy the subscription. Don’t get me wrong, the subscription is fine, but I won’t be using all of the features that is included in the bundle. I only mainly use like…7 things and that’s it. Regarding the 7 things, they were individually paid for and as mentioned, they were really the only things I needed. I would very much appreciate if you returned the individual features to be added back or if a refund is possible, because at this point it feels like a scam.

The app works well as I’ve seen, but it’s more difficult for free. My main problem is because none of the packs work and the option to view any or purchase them just doesn’t appear. My app basically freezes instead.

i love video star but just like capcut it’s hungry for money. you can’t change the speed of clips without paying. you can’t have two layers in multi layers without paying. it’s just useless at this point. i would rather stick to capcut.
