iPhone works but iPad won’t download eedition several days now, sent msg to customer service thru app. Tried deleting and reloading app still no good

My elderly mother & her elderly neighbor have not received a newspaper in weeks They have both called the 1-800 number and still no paper. This sorry excuse for a newspaper charges them 60 dollars a month for a product they never get . My next step is to call the State Attorney and to leave this review EVERYWHERE.

You just updated the app to fix issues however issues remain. Updated the app as directed by the message when I clicked on it and it went straight to the McClatchy Group apps-all of them instead of updating the app. I tried deleting then adding back and still the same issue. I tried clicking on the app again and it told me to update the app again. Can’t get past this message to update.

Love some of the features in the new update but my e-edition now has a top and bottom header that covers a good percentage of my screen. Please make these appear only when we need it. I use to really have almost perfect user view of the e-edition but the header and footer with next page and print icons take too much screen real estate. We know to swipe for next page we don’t a permanent button. Thanks

I am attempting to change my payment information & I have had to sign in multiple times because after I click on change payment info, it takes me to a blank page. I’m done!

Not happy with trying to read on my iPad. Is there a way to view in a pdf version?

I have to re-login almost every time I try to access the app, so once I reach the 5 article limit, I generally give up rather than spending time trying to remember my login or waiting for it to access another platform to retrieve my info. I have a digital subscription. I’m not sure why the app can’t save my login details from session to session. If there is time out of some sort, that seems odd and it’s not common practice on any other app I have. Also, when I click on a link to an article - it often redirects me to a completely unrelated article.

Can only get a small portion ( 1/3 ) of the screen on I-Pad for the Macon Telegraph which in my opinion is pretty bad. It comes up right in the format but when I push the paper sign it goes to the 1/3 scale, pain to read in that small of a space.

Had everything I need and easy to move around.
