    I don’t know what you guys did that last update but it just won’t open it just keeps circling over and over going to load and yeah I deleted it and reinstalled it did all the normal routine things in after talking to people I’m not the only one that’s having this problem bro

    This app has gotten worse. Every single time I attempt to order and put in my address for delivery it claims there is no store located near me and it then recognizes me after the third try. Then when I go to pay, there is no option or ability to add the drivers tip. Very frustrating and tbh it often makes me hesitate ordering from Dominoes anymore.

    Don’t know their names - but the main cook I believe he is. Anyways they really have to multitask no matter what their position is. They work hard and still show great attitude when entertaining the store. I always pick up my pizza after ordering on line, and I always end up tipping as if I was in a sit down restaurant. It’s cuz they busy, hustling, continuously mastering multiple jobs ( phones, walk in customers, cooking, helping each other when it’s needed) and I am all about hard workers, making a difference in the workplace, keeping atmosphere in a positive light.

    No option to pay a tip with a credit card. The app is a little clunky, and balks at accepting auto-fill user names and passwords.

    I contacted this store because I was a fraud victim and a guy used my credit card to purchase pizza. I knew the store number but that was all. Mort, the GM at the Dominoes on 6 Mile in Livonia was the nicest most professional person I’ve ever spoken with. Upon hearing my problem he found out the store that I shadow the number to was in Miami, Florida! He gave me the phone number and encouraged me to call that store. He was very sympathetic and wished me luck. I called the Miami store and I got the phone number the order was placed on and the address the pizza was delivered to. I’m filing a police report in the morning. Then I called Mort back to bring him up to date. I never would have called the Miami store if Mort hadn’t encouraged me to do so. When he heard what happened he was genuinely happy for me. I’ll be going to meet Mort this week. Dominoes, you have a real class act running your Livonia store on 6 Mile in Livonia, Michigan.

    I have used this app weekly for a few years. I place the exact same order every week. Occasionally the app processes my order smoothly. Most often, however, I have to endure multiple retries and reboots. A company as large as Dominoes should have something MUCH better than this clunky thing.

    i use to love this app but now i don’t. it’s very hard to get in contact with customer service. I have been trying to redeem my points for the past week. and still no response from customer service.
