Don’t trust Pinterest with your pictures! They’re constantly deleting pins and claiming they’re going against guidelines. Citing violence, etc, even though it could be just links or snapshots of news articles. Then they bombard you with ads and try to get you to buy stuff through their site links after they’ve done you dirty. They’ll delete whole boards if they don’t agree with you. Think how fema worker was denying help to people who had political signs in their yard she didn’t like.

I absolutely hate Pinterest now. It used to by my favorite thing, but now everything is being taken down by their absolutely sh it AI monitoring. It’s broken. How in the world does a Minecraft pin get removed for adult content? How does a tattoo on someone’s leg get removed for adult content? How does a picture of someone’s hair get removed for adult content. Makes no sense. This AI seems to be programmed to go on a tyrannical spree of deleting everyone’s pins under the guise of adult content, and I know I’m far from the only one unhappy. Screw Pinterest, it is virtually unusable. Not to mention it has become a site for just advertising. Money. Everything done in the name of money. I wonder when the whole world forsake itself all for money. I hope Pinterest goes bankrupt for their failures lol. Zero stars if possible. No gold star for you, Pinterest.

Please stop sending me muslin quotes and the other muslin stuff! I am not muslin and never will be in fact just delete my account you gave give to far!! English is my first language not my second language!! Do not send another!!!

The amount of ads is insane over half of the ‘pins’ are sponsored. I deleted it right away I use to love Pinterest :(

Long story short. I’ve had an account for a long time. Lots of ideas and content created and saved. With the election cycle in 2024, I saved 1 political post on a brand new Board, and they deactivated my entire account. No warning. No email explaining. Everything just gone. I’ve reached out, but today marks a full week since doing so, and zero response. If this is how Pinterest wants to operate… then I don’t want to be part of it anyway.

Completely lost all of the fun qualities that made this app unique. Nothing but ads for crappy shopping websites

After the original use for this app of getting inspiration went away (since you can’t control what you follow or what Pinterest shows you) I still could use it to save recipes. Now it’s barely even useful for that since removing all the notes and comments for customizations I made when trying recipes. Only bad ideas at Pinterest headquarters. Previous: Pinterest is no longer useful or enjoyable to use. Picked for me and promoted pins have completely taken over my feed. I hope someone takes advantage and creates a new site that works like the original Pinterest, which respected users' right to see what they want to see and not just what Pinterest wants me to see. So disappointing to see a great idea ruined.

I love Pinterest so much and why I love it is because if u want to search up wall papers or if u want pictures for your room you can screenshot a picture then print it out then hang it on your wall and Pinterest shows you what you actually search
