  • No magazine to read

App does not show the latest issue of the magazine, also the print version does not get delivered every month. Vogue needs better leadership, or it will die really soon.
  • Terribly glitchy, no response or attempt to fix

Cancelled my subscription after laboring in vain to get Vogue to fix this terribly glitchy, non-responsive app, which fails to perform the most basic functions—unable to read pages in landscape mode, can’t open links from newsletter in the app. Vogue needs to start from scratch with their app (and fix their print magazine delivery system ) or they will continue to lose customers.
  • Does not sync with digital subscription

I’m signed up for the digital subscription via Vogue.com - which should give me access to the app. However my subscription hasn’t synced with the app. I can log in but it says I have no subscription. Customer support has yet to respond to me. So, basically, they just took my money.
  • Magazine Does Not Always Download

Three months into my subscription, the magazine that should automatically download into the app no longer does — you can’t even see the current edition as a “for purchase” option.
  • Stalled App!

Haven’t been able to open the App for 4 days. A white bubble pops up suggesting I refresh the App (didn’t work). I am paying for a subscription I cannot use. Seriously?? And why do I find myself on the phone with Vogue every few months. Ridiculous.

If you think that you’ll be able to read the digital edition on your laptop, make sure you can before subscribing!! As we all know the paper version may neve get delivered to your address or if it will, not every issue. I was okay with that and looking forward to reading the digital edition only on my laptop, but I can’t. You have to have M1 chip Macbook or whatever to be able to read it! I have the latest software but Macbook pro without M1, so I’ll just have to forget the whole subscription!?!? Crazy.
  • Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. No wonder Vogue is losing its audienceYour customer service agent named Jingle is the worst condescending person of customer service profession— let this be known and recorded how disturbingly rude and unaccomodating this agent is to an extent of inappropriateness. I asked when do I expect my subscriptions to come in, she was not clear. I wanted a date. I said it seems like a bad deal if I purchased the subscription this month and will only receive my subscriptions 6 weeks later on? That doesn’t make sense?? I subscribed because I want to get my magazine on time regularly. I need this as a fashion teacher. But this rude customer service agent: Jingle — went on to cancel my subscription without me authorizing it and worse — i was informed that I won’t get my full payment either? What a scam and horrible service. I wasted 2 hours of my day off trying to clarify what Jingle did to my account — put me on hold for two more times at least 30mins of waiting. To nothing. I hope this review is loud enough to reach the customer service of Vogue will make necessary action towards Jingle.Someone from your own customer service are advocating losing your customers. Very nasty, dissatifactory experience which really ruined my only day-off.

I signed up for vogue months ago and still have not received my hand held magazine even after attempts of contacting them. I appreciate the option of digital but would like to receive the magazine as well.
  • First time Vogue Subscriber!

I have ALWAYS wanted to read Vogue. I am from a small town just thirty to thirty five minutes, maybe forty minutes depending on traffic, north of Louisville, Kentucky in Southern Indiana. It’s very rural here. Born & raised a Hoosier, an extremely conservative state all my life & way longer. I’ll be 29 in February. I have looked for Vogue in our local Walmart, which is really our only major store here in town for miles & miles. The nearest mall is twenty five minutes away in Clarksville, Indiana. I found it there once in a department store but it was like $3.50 an issue & that was just something I could not afford at the time. I was a lot younger at that time, the last time I seen a Vogue magazine in person. Longer story shorter, I just subscribed to Vogue today because I make really good money now as I have just started a new job in July. Here in rural Indiana, if you make over $17 an hour, you’re assumed to be making “the big bucks.” I also work twelve (12) hours a day, which I am quite used to. At my last job, I also worked twelve (12) hours but didn’t make as much money as I do now. Anything over $17 an hour, is really really good here where I grew up. Even right now in these hard times the nation is facing. Plus our cost of living raises have went up significantly the past few years. Anyways, I have always loved Vogue magazine. Anna Wintour is a legend, a superstar, I love her more than I do a lot of my favorite actors & actresses. When she leaves Vogue, because as we all know nothing lasts forever, I hope her successor knows just how large of shoes he or she has to fill. The magazine is the best fashion magazine in the industry, in my opinion. It beats Vanity Fair, Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, etc etc. Sorry not sorry, it is just my opinion. Thank you, Vogue for letting me subscribe to your magazine. I look forward to getting my first issue & also, THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE. Ughhhh. I remember when the largest September issue came out in 2012 I think it was, wasn’t it? I could be wrong but I was in awe. I just wanted to hold it in my hand but I never did. Anyways, oh I am also a guy, yes I am gay, but I do not care. Lol. I love Vogue, I always have & I always will. I hope I can continue to subscribe to it every single year from here on out! Thank you to my new job also for allowing me to make enough money to subscribe to this masterpiece! I love you, Anna Wintour, always! ❤️ JoeJoe
