    Tried setting up an account multiple times but the app did not work. Very frustrating to have a broken sign up experience and be unable to try the app.

    Now it crashes every time I try and open it. I’m on an iPhone 15 Plus with the most up to date iOS on the most updated version of the app. Hasn’t opened for me in months. All these new wines and no where to put them.

  • Useless and fraudulent premium upgrade

    DO NOT UPGRADE TO PREMIUM. Download with caution. You will be automatically enrolled in a yearly plan for an exorbitant fee at the end of your trial period. The premium plan really offers nothing of value. I switched to monthly, just to give it a try, but was charged for a yearly pass. Tried to fix this but Vivino is an extremely greedy company and would not change my plan even though I contacted them within seconds of the accidental purchase. Sounds like they make most of their money on tricking you to enroll in a yearly plan after your free trial. They know that premium does not offer much value, so once they lock you in to a yearly plan you are stuck with a useless over-priced subscription.

    The ads make the app almost impossible to use. Sometimes you have to force close the app to get the ads to go away. They took a good app and ruined it.

  • My wine list has been held hostage

    With no warning this app has gone to a ‘pay for your library’ app. I use Untappd for beer and thought this app worked even better for wine. The scanner works great and the reviews really helped me. Now, I ah w to pay a monthly fee to see all the wines I scanned over years. Boo. Hiss.
