The scanner works about 70% of the time. The rest I need to type in the name, then search through options. When the scanner does work, it often gets the vintage wrong. I was told by customer service that the free version includes professional reviews for most wines, but I have not found a single one yet. The ads are irritating. Trying to decide if it is worth paying for premium to make them go away. I use this mostly as an inventory app. Have not purchased from the app yet.

Vivino is a good place to seek out wines I might be interested in and also helps me to review the wines I’ve tried so I can remember to either buy them again or skip them in the future.

I write reviews that personify wine. I give a face to a bottle, a story to each glass a new thought about each sip. read and enjoy a glass of wine.

I can’t order wine without it. Super helpful in deciding exactly what I want to drink. Pays for itself after my first dinner. Never order a bottle you don’t like again.

Good luck trying to create an account and log in to this app. It simply will not let you in. Utterly broken and useless.

Just got back from a 2 week trip in France & Spain. Was really hoping to use the app to select wines while I was there - what a huge disappointment. The apps often wouldn’t load and when it did it was so slow it was useless. I have used this app for a long time, it used to be good.

This app is very useful and makes it easy to locate wines and learn more about wines you try.

Regardless of the product an online vendor might sell, Vivino in my opinion rates as having the poorest almost non existent customer service on the internet today. These people should be ashamed of themselves but the owners are lining their pockets while cutting employees that should provide for at least a satisfactory experience.

Just a great wine - had it with backed salmon, rice & asparagus

I like Vivino , but it has deteriorated substantially. More often it brings up the wrong wine , even whites for clearly marked reds
