One of the best and snappiest mobile apps of the big banks. Can we please get the ability to convert rewards between eligible cards on the app please?

Updates take longer to load then the time I use on the app

Let’s start off with Cards alone. This does not speak to unauthorized transactions that were subsequently fixed. Since 10/2023 I have needed 4new cards do to multiple reasons. 1.) the strip just stopped working 2.) the card can not find the attached accounts. Both resulted in needing new cards. At my expense. I payed for expediting. The cards did not come. I have ordered a new card 3 times. For the 1st replacement alone where they charged me multiple times and I had to call twice to sit on hour long calls to point out transactions to the live agents. Also making one appearance to the actual branch where they had me sit on a 1hr 21 min call with the banking side where they could not help knowing I was going on a trip. No you can not walk into a bank for a replacement card. Why? Because the capital Once branches you see today and in the past is for their credit Card Union only. Although you can access your cash at the branch locations. That was not the end with the cards Again April 2024 my card could not find my account. The teller had no information I was instructed to sit with a agent and they could tell me more. Which he could not all he said was I’m going to order you a new card and not cut your current card. Which he tried but was wrong and just gave me his quickest answer. After I was don’t a teller called me over to inform me that my card work the Capital One banking is just down. So it was not need for him to cut my card which he did after saying he wasn’t just going to order a new card. And if you thinking just open up another bank account for back up like you would and email or a social media account or have a back up key to your car or house or mailbox. Don’t bother to do so because they will just hook that new account to your current bank card. That would be messed up with the 1st account. And remember newest card can be to you in 3days if they remember you paid the fee or 7 to 10days if you have times to wait. And this is just the cards. I have just made a year with this bank April 2024. Would not recommend to anyone. I will come back with review part 2 and let you all know how they keep you locked out your account if you don’t have sms text. I’ve been with Capital One for 30 years. (Not sure what it’s name was then) i can honestly say I have NEVER had an unpleasant interaction. the cs reps have ALL been kind and helpful. They don’t “talk down” to you, as if you were an idiot. Capital One workers, reps and management, ALL, get my vote for employees of the month.

I have never been able to sign in with the user/password I set up. Every time i try it says “have you forgotten something “. Then I have to get the card and re verify ever time. Pain in the tail.

I usually like this app a lot, but recently my Push notifications for purchases on my credit card stopped coming through. Is this a known issue with the app?

Awful functionality. Asks me to verify account with phone number, does not recognize my phone number that is registered on my account. Asks me to scan cc, does not scan properly. Asks me to very cvv, tells me wrong cvv. 0/0 would not recommend.

Had I seen this app prior to getting my Capital One account I would’ve never gotten a Capital One account because anyone who thinks that a four year old is old enough to use this app has a mental illness what is wrong with you people?
