Still unable to see my balance with the widget. Before it was slow to update and now it doesn't show anything.

I had been a customer of this bank for well over 15 years and on May 25,2025 The supervisor kiona and on May 28,2025 the supervisor Kenya informed me that for APPLE PHONES ONLY if you’re not able to down their app which supports IOS 16 and over ,✅ YOU CANNOT ALSO GO ON LiNE ON THAT PHONE AND ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT BECAUSE CAPITOL ONE HAD APPLE TO SET THEIR SYSTEM TO REFL ECT THE SAME IOS AS THE APPhow inconsiderate and unfair to their customers. So what capitol is saying if ur iPhone cannot be updated to IOS 16 or over u would hsve to purchase a new IPhone just to keep their account, definitely not for them. ✅I am a computer literate SENIOR have an iPhone 6s Plus that’s 10 years old and functions just like I just bought it, why would I purchase another one for capitol one that’s extremely inconsiderate on capitol part,OH AND BY THE I ALREADY HAD ANOTHER NEW IPHONE THAT SUPPORTS IOS 16 and over, ✅BuT ITS THE PRINCIPLE OF THiS ISSUE. ✅SO BOTTOM LINE I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT & FELT I SHOULD LET OTHERS KNOW.
