  • Why can’t I stay signed in?

    Literally the only app I have that makes me re-sign in every time I close it. Remember me check box means nothing.

    No provision to use phone location services, which means despite every venue set as a favorite being close to me, the app consistently shows me concert recs that are 2000 miles away. No customer service. Apps are supposed to make your experience easier. This doesn’t come close.

    The fees are insane, the app experience is filled with bugs, and I cannot successfully purchase tickets despite what various things I try. Since you charge so much for your fees, how about you pay developers adequately to fix your dumpster fire of an app? I have had a stuck notification badge for about a month and I couldn’t buy concert tickets for the last month using this app persistently getting an error code based on credit cards that are in good standing. One job…One job. I would give -3 stars if it was an option. Cannot believe I’ve paid hundreds of dollars in fees for such a terrible product.

    Been to 2 shows now and tried to pull up this app to verify my tickets barcode and every single time it erased any sign of my tickets on the app and I then have to go through the Ticketmaster website in the middle of a crowd and verify it. Decent to see updates on concerts near you etc, but that’s about it. Just download Ticketmaster

    Says you can type in a location name but doesn’t allow city names or countries. Very unhelpful.

    Sort by “recent reviews” that will get rid of all of the fake/paid for reviews…App doesn’t work. Presale codes don’t work. Presale events that you register for suddenly disappear w/no explanation. What a terrible terrible company.

    Received an e-mail "suggesting" I could pre-purchase tickets for an upcoming venue- deceit & lies! Spent an hour trying to purchase tickets and failed-actually live nation failed. Received error message that my credit card provider decline my purchase? Called Citibank twice to confirm that this was not true. Finally just gave up. Think I will join Taylor Swift and give live nation a pass. NEED TO END LIVE NATIONS ILLEGAL MONOPOLY ON TICKET SALES.

    Ticketmaster is unfortunately the worst application I have experienced using. The only app I’ve had my identity stolen on, requests for fixing ignored, and representatives call back days after I call. I wish this company didn’t exist.

Live nation will fail sooner than later. Venues know they're loosing money with live nation, the other option will succeed. RIP CAPITALIST
