iPhone Version is Incredibly Buggy

AirBnB itself is a great service, but the iPhone app and the user interface in general is abysmal. For example, I’m currently hanging out at the AirBnB that I paid for. I’m looking for a piece of information that’s only available on the screen before you book it; after you book it, you have to sift through numerous different pages to find it and I don’t even know if you can.
When searching on the map, locations appear and disappear at random. Great service, but the app is pure garbage.
Loved it more when it had category icons to pick from

Why would you take away the best part of your app! Streamlining my search for treehouses is so much harder now!!! Not giving the same results as before.

This app doesn’t need to do a lot but the product managers aren’t going to get their bonuses unless they can keep adding “features”.
Now the app shows a pop up dialog reminding you that prices shown are inclusive of fees. Great. But clicking on the acknowledgment doesn’t stop the app from showing the same pop up every single time you open the app. I guess some PM needs to tell his boss that the dialog he designed is getting tons of traction.
It would be more helpful if these PMs and designers fixed some very basic annoyances that have been around for years. For example, hosts will often send the Wifi password in a message. If you try to copy just the password, you can't: the app only lets you copy the entire message.
If you then paste the message into the iphone Notes app, Apple makes it hard to copy the password because it keeps trying to find a substitute word for it.
This is what you get when the best techies of our generation do their genius thinking. Designed in California, of course.

Stopping spamming the notification of “check your hosts checkout instructions” A DAY before. I already looked at it. The notification keeps coming every couple of minutes. So annoying. I can’t click CHECK OUT if it’s not checkout day.

The service really does not work. It cannot process my card and when I try to pay another way it just blocks the access to the app. Also they say the taxes are included in the price, but they are not, when you pay they include the tax and price becomes higher. I do not see anything good in this app really

I've been using Airbnb for many years and overall had a good experience, but this last time cast shadow on all the rest. We booked a place for two families and as we were already on our way to the place, all of a sudden I get an email (!) that the reservation was cancelled. Then when I called the CS they kept me online for an hour and couldn't do anything meaningful to help. Horrible service and so disappointing

They care only about the hosts and taking tax/advantage from the guest. I tried initiating a refund for an unsafe conditions of my stay and had to ultimately dispute it through bank to get a full amount. This is a scam company at this point, not a good housing experience for sure. I hope we get a really good opponent of a renting app in the future
