When reading epub (doesn't happen with pdf), screen often flickers when turning pages. For a split second, it would show the loading circle. This happens when my book is downloaded and even when lighting and text settings are at their default. The persistent flickering feels disruptive and makes reading really unpleasant for me...

Every time i get on the app and it crashes as it outs up the book i orevisouly read, it keeps doing that can you please fix it

Reading books on the app is crazy hard difficult to navigate

Crashes frequently. The page number indicator slider doesn’t work properly—when I try to navigate using it, it usually just updates the page number and slider position without actually moving to the selected page. Text highlights shift by a few characters. When I click a text highlight or a memo in the list, nothing happens—it doesn’t jump to that section. Very frustrating :(

Every once in a while when I turn to the next page it is blank. If I close all of the programs I have open on my iPad and then reopen google play books the next pages are available. It would be great if this glitch could be fixed…

When app opens, some books disappear, while others you can see on shelves. When reading a book it used to let me highlight the book, it lets me highlight the book but then deletes the highlight???

I have four years given good feedback to them. I have suggested things that are helpful. That is really needed. I have seen other people post about the same things needed to be fixed and addressed, and they never are the things that I have complimented them on that I was really liking such as the read aloud feature has been removed and now I have to go through my accessibility on my iPhone and when I had an android, I had to go through that they don’t work and I have repeatedly asked them to fix this. I used to have options that I could change settings and they took those away. It has done nothing but decline and usability. It’s a crying shame. I spent lots of money buying books and the professional I have I’m a truck driver. I need to be able to start a book before I takeoff and I need it to be able to play without the screen being on without having to mess with the app and when I turn on my VoiceOver on my 15 Pro Max iPhone it reads and then it stops And then I push the button for it to start again and I have to listen to the same page over and there’s no option to make it go to the next page without physically going to the next page and then I have to start it again and then it stops again It doesn’t take very long to read a screen. My focus really needs to be on the road not fighting with that app absolutely wish that they would care. I wish they would listen. I wish they would try to take care of their customers. They have done nothing but make moves to alienate their customers. We now are sent to a community with problems and people put their problems on there and then they lock it to people can’t add anymore discussion there was one today on this matter 279 people so they have the same question same problem and yeah it’s not been fixed. It’s locked out because I don’t wanna hear from us. I pay to have extra storage so I can use my email that they constantly spam. I don’t have time to sit there and delete everything on my phone repeatedly. They have been told about the problems and they’re unwilling to address what the customers have told them vocally in writing is a problem I have sent stop buying books on Google play and what I wish is I could get every one of those books file sent to another reader that would read it out loud without going to my accessibility and turning on VoiceOver it’s ridiculous that we cannot read along and listen at the same time. I don’t have an opportunity to do that very much, but I wish every book did that It’s been noted. It’s been noted to have more options to color coat highlight things and all they’ve done is removed the setting options if you’re new to Google playbook I would not recommend it to anyone. I have spent too much money on here buying digital files that I cannot easily transfer to something to make it usable. It’s ridiculous crying shame

please fix this. it hides on iPhone but not iPadOS.

Haven’t really felt accomplished in this app,feels like it’s the year 2035 to say the least of uptime with my etroscetch years G5.I believe the app means well,find quite a few things helpful anyway ,mostly storage for digital matureing.
