As the spouse of a pilot, I have used this app a LOT for years now. For the last couple months, I wasn’t getting alerts for any flights. But I would take no alerts over the absolute garbage this last update has made it. The app is now worthless. It deleted the trip I had saved in there with multiple flights to track which was irritating in itself but whatever, I can add them again. Except that when I try, no info pops up and it just keeps saying it failed to save. So I guess now it’s time to find a new flight tracking app to use.

There are multiple issues with the new version - trips have not been properly transferred and just hang

The old version was clumsy. The new version is different but just as clumsy. Did not accept my credentials, so had to do a password reset. The link took me to a website that explained it was necessary to create new credentials for the new version. Lame. I used the same credentials as before and finally got logged into the app. It appears there’s no way to remove past trips. Otherwise it’s the same app in new clothes, just slightly worse

Go back to previous version until you have all the issues fixed.

I’ve been a happy user for years, starting with my original, second-generation iPod Touch. But it seems that this new version doesn’t allow users to view saved trips unless they have Flightview accounts. I’ve never signed up, but in previous versions I was able to save trips to my phone. Now even those trip are gone. As it is, the app collects user data; if it also requires that I keep my info on their server, I’ll be moving on.

The app update this morning is awful. Please revert back. It erased all of the trips I had added to the app, and now requires a login which is unnecessary. It's also permanently set to dark mode? The text is too difficult to read and needs to be changed back to a white background. I'm not certain why these changes were sent without a user notification, though I'm unlikely to keep using your app unless you make changes or revert back asap. In addition, your feedback email address bounces.

Used for quite a while. No changes but after Apple upgraded iOS it no longer provides notifications. Have checked settings, all correct. Uninstalled and reinstalled, notifications on, it just stopped all notifications

I used to love the app and heavily rely on it because the alerts were so helpful. App no longer sends a push notification for flight changes or flight status and I no longer receive alerts that flight is being tracked, that flight is in the air, or that it has landed.

As many others are saying- the live update/notification feature no longer works. It’s been months - Needs to be fixed or remove that call out in the App page.
