Bee. Using Feedly for many years and it’s been a solid RSS reader for me.
  • Can I sort my feeds, please?

By Want to like, but frustrated
I want to like this app but I find it very frustrating that I can’t sort my feed list. It impacts the user experience because you see articles in the order of this list, and it’s a pain to scroll to the higher priority content. I decided to reorganize my feeds recently and now I feel like I’m being punished for it each time I use the app, to the point where I might stop using it after being a regular user. Reorganizing again would be incredibly tedious because I would essentially need to remake each list in the order I want to see it. Please just add a sort function. I promise it will help with your user retention. I’ll also note that the mobile experience is much better than browser. On the browser view, the text is very small even when adjusting size, and there is so much negative space on the non list views. I can’t really use it on my browser for these reasons. I wonder how many users also exclusively use mobile, not quite by choice. Update: it looks like they added this functionality on the web app, but not the mobile app. Helpful but I wonder if other users will realize they should try it on web. I was more motivated to look but I could see people getting frustrated if just try mobile and it doesn’t work. Regards, Your friendly neighborhood product manager
  • The Best

Feedly is a great news-reader/RSS app. By far the best I have used. It is extremely flexible and features-rich and user-friendly. It is perfect for me. The owners are very active in making updates and improvements. Obviously they really take pride and care and their product. And it is completely censorship-free. Formerly, I used a competing app beginning with Ino. I was shocked and appalled when the other one started pasting “warnings” and other censorship labels on sources. All at the deep state’s behest, and right on cue. Which meant, who knew what other censorship they were engaging in. I ditched the other app because of that, and from the ensuing replacement search, I found Feedly, which turned out to be a far superior app anyway—not just in its lack of stupid, annoying labeling and other censorship, but far more generally too. It all worked out perfectly. Lemonade from the bitter lemons of Ino censorship. You will love Feedly. It’s the best by far.
  • Load failed

It used to work good, but for the past few months I get Load Failed initially, or when the articles refresh. It’s almost unusable now.
  • Strange behavior on iPad

Every so often when I launch Feedly on my iPad, the feed results are only shown in the left half of my screen even though the app is using the entire screen. I'm using the app in landscape mode, BTW. I have to remove Feedly from the iPad's 'history acreen' or whatever it's called and restart the app. Annoying.
  • Not retaining list view?

For some reason, the app is repeatedly showing ‘upgrade successful’ message every few times opening it. More than a nuisance, it’s also changing the last list view being used. I don’t see any recent updated versions of the app, so maybe it’s an issue related to the iOS 18.3 release which seems to coincide with when this started.
  • No option to pay for monthly billing

I love this app and website, but the fact that you can’t access monthly billing and it only allows for yearly subscription is a major turn off

I joined Feedly after google reader sadly went away and I joined reeder but that became another issue. Feedly solved the problems I had. It’s free, there is a paid tier but for most you won’t need to worry about that. RSS readers I feel like are not as popular anymore but give it some time and I feel like there’ll be a comeback. Feedly works across different environments you can make folder to sort hour feeds and then have stars/organizers to save articles that you enjoyed. Give it a try and see what you think!
  • Five stars after removing that name

Feedly has been my go to app for reading my own curated news, and it does what it does. A good RSS reader without any fuss. Sadly for a very longtime, inside the power search screen, it was permanently wrote the most annoying persons name every, because of that I never give this app a five stars. But now since Feedly remove it and change it into different name, I can safely give this app a five stars.
  • Stop telling me who won!!!!

I abhor the way the AI generated article summaries tell me the outcome of sports broadcasts, which I have recorded, before I get the opportunity to watch them. This alone is enough for me to stop using the app. A "smart" app should provide the ability to turn off annoying and unwanted features.
