The app does it job well, but intrusive ads hinder the experience terribly

If you are on multiple teams, and disable one of them (so it no longer shows up to select), you still get a number by the app showing how's many messages (from the hidden team) you haven't read. And done it's hidden/disabled, there's no way to view them and reset the count. So now the count is completely useless

The ability to download roster information to contacts is now broken. Started when I upgraded yesterday to latest iOS. Pressing add to iPhone contacts brings up roster card, and there is no way to get off page. Have to kill app and reopen. TeamSnap not in privacy lust for contacts nor does it have a contact toggle in settings. Fix.

With iPad, can’t access the photos. Samsung android works and web page works.

I don’t like to review but this app is ridiculously faulty. First they make you think you need a subscription to see anything and then if you do sign up the app never works. Messages don’t load or disappear completely. Very disappointed

We use this app regularly and really wanted to be able to use chat on my MacBook instead of the phone. App is good on phone and website works fine but Mac app will not open.

I don’t want to use TeamSnap on my phone so I went to download it on my Mac instead. It is downloadable on the Mac App Store although once downloaded it will not open, making it useless. I wish it worked.

Needs themed icon support.

I’ve used team snap for three years, paid version, and it was pretty reliable. However, the past two months has really gone down hill and causes disruptions when the automatic billing transaction goes through, I lose access to the paid features. I have to then reach out to the company and wait for a response for a couple of days before it’s restored. Not ideal if you’re managing multiple practices and games.
