I downloaded the app to have a fun competition with my friends through the leaderboard function. But it doesn’t even show our runs. COMPLETELY USELESS

This app is a constant annoyance for me. If it’s not working or tracking on my watch, it’s not working or tracking on the phone. My latest run on the app clearly shows I ran outside and tracked my miles. But the app says I ran zero miles for the month!? I am tired of calling “support” to have my miles reflect accurately on the app. It already takes for ever to talk to the right person to fix the issue. My call is always redirected or they hang up the call! Let alone no one seems to know what they’re really doing in the support department! Nike fix your app!

Came with my Nike Apple Watch and only ever used it for running for the past 3 years. Tracks accurately and a huge fan of the challenges you can join/badges. Super easy to use!
