Hello, I have wasted over 110$ in Taobao + 100$ to ship it to my country, I was really excited for it to arrive. When It arrived all the items were really small. Usually I'm size S, as the seller told me I need size L, so I trusted them.. When I tried it on, IT WAS TERRIBLE! All of the items I bought from TaoBao is TERRIBLE! Plus, the sellers are such bad people. I begged a seller to refund the money, they wouldn't lose anything, but I would. I payed 30.3$ for a bag + shipping 15$. When I have to return the item I have to pay 10$+, It's like giving free money to awful people. I HATE SELLERS. I HATE TAOBAO. Customer service is so bad, they cant even do anything properly. Sellers are rude and cant refund properly. Prices are good, but the quality and sizes are bad and inaccurate. I hate Taobao and its team.

It look like shien but at good prices but since it not available in English not sure if am clicking the right button and US address don’t work in this app it says international shipping but not to USA apparently I hope that changes soon

Taobao app works amazing have not had any problems fails go through very fast and it works great

Received the wrong item so I requested a refund but was flat out rejected by Taobao CSO. Worse, they wouldn’t even let me leave a review on that seller

I downloaded this since the app description says ‘Now in English’. Uh, ok… where is the English? Incomprehensible. Oh well , they won’t ship to the US anyways due to the US imposed tariffs that the buyer will be required to pay. Buyers (importers) are responsible for the tariff tax, never the shipper.
