    This is absolutely worst baggage claim anywhere! I travel all over the US, international and never do I have to wait so long for baggage Today was just another example…luggage came out on a different belt, golf clubs were the last item out finally! I flew first class, executive platinum and service has to get better at this airport. The flight was excellent and service on the flight was exceptional!

    Better to book from your desktop. Sometimes I intentionally choose a United flight over American because American’s app isn’t worth the hassle, it’s so buggy.

    Bumped from our flight in DC en route to Roatan for maintenance. All the employees have been kind. My complaint is that American Airlines is very understaffed and not willing to make the necessary adjustments to accommodate customer experience appropriately

    Go back to letting us pay and make changes in the app. Having to go to the website from the app is annoying. The whole purpose of the app is to make changes without being redirected.

    The miles are worth next to nothing but if you want to buy them be prepared to spend way more than they’re worth. Once you’ve booked a flight, there’s no way to upgrade seat or anything with miles. You have to do that at the beginning, though it’s still a difficult process with no way to apply miles as partial payments. This app it’s self is poorly designed as well. It’s mostly a way to forward you to a web page where you’ll have to login and navigate page after page of looking for anyway to spend miles. Southwest provides a very similar level of comfort and convenience without this extreme difficulty to use miles. On southwests miles program customers can partially pay for flights, get boarding upgrades, and more, right in the app. Not a link to a web page with over complicated charts describing how if you fly into a “premium economy” your points will be worth even less. I regret ever spending on my AArewards card and I won’t be flying American unless it’s an American specific route, like this time.

She put everyone at ease and was just so kind, special and attentive!! She is a keeper and please let her know how much we appreciate Lauri and the entire team!!     The app is very slow and their dynamic pricing behaves very suspiciously. We approve this algorithm, should be fired when you try to make a change on a flight and it’s cost less or there’s a credit to the customer it fails, refreshes, and you run through it again, and the flight price keeps increasing and increasing until you have to pay a fee. There is no way the prices should be changing within minutes. That is very very unethical behavior!

    We landed on time and had to wait a hour for our bags. The lady next to me her Uber ride went up $60. My husband has to be up in 7 hours. This is not acceptable!!!!
