Setting Changes Save PIN every time after IOS 18.5

This app has been go to message retrieval for our 2 U-Verse phone lines.
It seems after iOS 18.5 (when noticed), it requires PIN every time the app is opened! It needs to be updated, since last update was 2 years ago! Turns out in settings this was OFF.
After turning back on, PIN is retained. Hope this APP is maintained, due to reliance upon it!

Terrible app at present. App routinely halts/abends or has other unexpected behavior. Seems as if the developer doesn’t care and hasn’t kept it up to date and/or fixed bugs.
Stopped working for no reason

I can’t log on anymore. I deleted and reinstalled the app but that didn’t help. It just stopped working for no reason several days ago. I’d call customer service to see if they can help, but who’s got that kind of time. I’ll probably just cancel my landline because why on earth do I have that anyway.

Unable to sign in from the app but I can access from the web. This app is worse than useless.

I hate this app I never get alerts! When I check it always is freezing! So unreliable and useless.

Weird interface looks like it was written for iOS 6. Slow response times when it responds at all. You’re better off with a laptop and the web portal since their site is even worse on the phone.
Eventually turned on VM->email forwarding and have a dedicated mailbox in the Apple Mail app. Orders of magnitude better than this mess.
The app freezes up each use!

I’ve had this app for my office for several years. I haven’t seen any update in quite some time. The app has good bones, but it freezes up EVERY time I use it with my iPhone. I have to close it out & log back in multiple times each use.
PLEASE FIX THE BUGS!

This app CONSTANTLY freezes up. The translation is mediocre at best. Also when listening to the message it’s always through the phone speaker even if you have headphones or AirPods connected lol. What a joke this app is.

This App doesn’t get any love from ATT. It’s quite buggy and freezes a lot. I often get an error message when trying to open a new voicemail that it can’t be downloaded. I’ve used it for umpteen years and it’s the same as when it rolled out. Poor user interface and buggy in use. ATT should really be ashamed that their name is on this app in 2024 as it’s quality and usability is quite poor. Would have been fine in 2018!

The App is working but it does not notify me when someone leaves a message. No ringtone letting me know someone just called. I had 15 messages waiting. The sound icon selected I tried everything before calling AT&T. I was transferred to other departments and nobody I mean nobody knew or heard of this APP. I tried for two days trying to get help. Keep in mind I’m paying a monthly fee for this App. Where’s the customer service. My work around because I need this app. I check the app manually every 10 minutes to see if I have any messages. If someone have any suggestions using another app like this please post it. Thank you. I bet AT&T won’t see this.
