I subscribe to more storage space in May 2025 which was for 200 GB +2TB for 9.99. I have tried to see why ICLOUD kept sending me messages about freezing my account without checking to see if I had renewed my plan. I’ve tried to send messages to Apple ICLOUD but the messages come back undelivered. My phone has been hacked and I need the use of my iPhone and ICLOUD. Thank you!

I canceled the same day after the free trial but still got charged $52. I didn’t use the app at all, and Apple refused to help. Be careful if you sign up for things because Apple will just make sure to hold you accountable once a trial has ended. Even if you are not even using it!
