    This Willow App Subsciption has turned out to be a nightmare. Despite completing the subscription process, I could not login. Frustrated, I emailed customer support the very next day to discontinue my subscription and request a refund. I submitted a receipt showing my account was charged. The response from the support team was excruciatingly slow. Days passed with no resolution, and then to my shock, I have been charged again! This app is nothing but a scam. They take your money, provide no service, and make it incredibly difficult to get any help or a refund. I want to warn others: avoid this app at all costs.

    Why is it so difficult to cancel a service? Sent a request few days, customer service supposed to take care of the ticket in 24hrs, no response and got invoice for next month few days later. It’s like intentionally they make it difficult to cancel the service.

    I suggest not to subscribe to willow tv directly. Once you subscribe, neither their app nor their website provides option to unsubscribe. I had to contact the apple support after my first month to stop charges on subsequent months to get my money refunded and stop the subscription

  • Rubbish on devices

    They’re obviously stingy on their development budget. The app on iPhone or iPad completely loses all controls. Once you start playing a match, there is no way to return to the main menu; restarting the app is the only way to switch. Tried watching through the browser and the stream is jerky.

    They don’t have enough servers to handle the high traffic during crucial matches. If you are ok with missing out those kind of matches like finals and playoffs, proceed with them. Also super frustrated with running their app in Fire TV as I had to launch the app twice every time 🤦‍♂️

  • App on iPhone is as bad as they say

    This is a terrible app. I couldn’t get the MLC cricket match today to stream for more than a second on my phone, and never for casting on Airplay to my TV. Ads launched without issue. However, I subscribed through Apple so that I could cancel through Apple, and use the Roku app, which worked pretty well. Since I had initially logged in through Apple, so I had to change my password in the app to login with email and password, but then it worked. Not a great process by any means, but it was a solution that allows me to cancel my subscription in the App Store rather than the horror stories I’ve read about.

  • Too Many Adds and very poorly design to feed Adds

    Poor Design Forced to watch Adds Its design this way that if you get out of the app or click something by mistake - streaming stops and as a user you are forced to watch an add. I am paying for a service and on top of that I am watch 15 sec add. If I there is an option where I can watch the game on ESPN or some other sports streaming provider- I would choose that

    Never subscribe, in profile I have option to delete account but there is no option to cancel subscription and it shows in deleting account to cancel subscription to avoid billing issues so that is proof this company want to steal your money
