Can we ask ourselves why this cost extra? Why is this stuff just not just built in to the account app? It’s because att can capitalize on the fact that we want to keep our kids safe. It doesn’t cost anything extra for att to run this service. They just want to charge more for it because they can.
  • Not as good as the previous app

Secure Family isn’t as nearly good as it’s predecessor. It’s more limited, less user friendly, and my son’s phone constantly unpairs or loses connection.
  • Stuck in a loop

There was an error when I signed up. Now I’m stuck in a loop of hitting Continue and then telling me I’m already subscribed and then hitting continue and telling me I’m already subscribed and so on. One time I opened it last night it let me move on and setup filters and I thought everything was good. This morning when I get in to the app, I’m stuck in that loop again. Please help! Who can I contact?

The location is not accurate and when my son leaves i get a notification like 15 mins after he leaves or sometimes he don't even leave the house and it send me a notification that he left home. Horrible. The inly good thing about this app is the pausing of the internet
  • Stopped being accurate

Started off accurate then it didn’t. Though I got a text occasionally to inform me that I need to reactivate the app which I would but it l doesn’t get fixed - still inaccurate. If this app doesn’t get upgraded, I won’t be keeping my subscription. I’ll find a better gps/tracker for my child.
  • Worthless app

I have subscribed to this app 3 different times and it works for a minute then kicks me out and asks me to sign up again. What a pain. Why can’t these applications work like they’re supposed too. Back in the day smart limits worked just fine. Go back to it. I have uninstalled this app twice and reinstalled it. It’s not worth $7.99 per month. You should be paying us to use it.
