    I set it up for automatic payment and was notified that the payment wasn’t made although funds were available. I tried to call in and get more information but the rep was mumbling so bad I couldn’t understand her.

    Other than login, which can also be accomplished similarly with passkeys, this app doesn’t do much. It launches the web site for so much of its functionality that you may as well just have a bookmark in your browser.

    Progressive is one of the worst auto insurance I ever had till now, first they told me to keep the car in the garage after the accident then took almost 2 months to decide weather they should cover the accident into insurance or not and because of that after a month even the garage started charging me parking fees because the car was parked over there for a very long time and after all of this still they decides not to cover my accident into insurance and won’t even pay for the parking fees which garage charged us even though progressive was the one to tell us to go ahead and keep the car in garage. They didn’t even called me and said that they will not cover the accident, at the time when I called there supervisor MOHAMED AWALE for update that’s the time he letting me know about it. I don’t know about the app but the people working in for progressive are just unbelievable. Worst experience ever.
