Matches don’t load, and now you’re trying to charge me for the ethnicity inheritance. I doubt the authenticity of this product now. Would not purchase again.
  • Lost access to dna/thru lines features due to new requirements and glitches

I renewed the subscription last fall as a gift for a family member who has been a paying member for about 20 years. Not long after, most dna, thru lines and several other areas were locked. So now we have to deal with 2FA because suddenly that is required. Well, that code to enable it has not arrived after numerous tries. They are blaming her email provider, but that’s what was used to sign up and the account is locked to that email. The membership ends in the fall, we won’t be renewing. This has been a problem for other members I have spoken to as well. Also recently I can’t save any records or photos on any device or browser. Not worth subscribing anymore.

I enjoy learning about my family history. I don’t think it’s possible for me to ever tire of it. Really need to find ways to acquire more info.

I’m finding several things that I know personally are not correct. It will take some time and patience to correct them all.

Ancestry has helped me find my biological father, and many others that are part of my family. It was safe and healthy to find out where I come from. Although most of my family are gone, because of ancestry I can see them any time and get to know them a little bit more. It feels like they are still here with me, I hope my children will feel that way when I’m gone. Our history will be here comforting them each time they log in to ancestry.
  • My 3rd test

Unfortunately, I am not having a great experience. This is the third test I had to send in no explanation nobody’s contacting you. Nobody is putting some priority on this last one. I’m not holding my breath, but this has definitely not been her situation that I could recommend to others.

I was able to find where my family originated through this app. I’m still digging, but I think the ancestors of my father and English mother may have fought each other during the Revolutionary War. That would be wild. Thank you, Ancestry. 👍🏻
