    I have used this app many times over the past year or so especially in the last month. My iPhone service is terrible to the point of not having service at times. I have reported this “no service” on the Mark the Spot app with no reply EVER or no explanation EVER! Totally useless! I am really ready to drop AT&T for another provider, they simply do not care about their customers.

    This app looks like it was designed for the original IPhone. It looks really antiquated. Aside from an automated text, I get no other feedback that it’s working and the AT&T coverage in my area stinks.

    We are a small town dependent upon tourism. Residents and tourists alike have spotty, often non-existent coverage. We are told cell towers are the problem. Our economy is dependent on good services. Are there any plans for improvement?

    This app has a terrible name; I can never find it on my phone when I need it. Doesn’t even say “AT&T” as part of it. Please rename it something like “crappy coverage“ or something. I’m marking the LACK of something, after all.

    Garbage there subsidiary company cricket is better and cheaper I’m waiting for the day they take over your network and it will happen because you are liars and thieves and are getting sued everyday over cons this app is not even updated under news its outdated and links dont even work tells me they dont even look at this

    I used for many years and it never provided anything useful. Don’t waste time they are not going to do anything to improve network except what is absolutely necessary

    This app appears to simply be a way for ATT to make their customer feel like they are doing something. It is completely worthless, crashes all the time, always says it can’t submit the problem right now, etc. Maybe they are simply afraid to know the problem areas so they created a horrible app so no one will use it.

    The only thing worse than the app is the AT&T network in West Texas in and around Midland. The app always reports issues in area when I report no or bad connectivity and says they are working in it but never see any resolutions or improvement. Might be time for a longtime customer to shop around. Actually it may be overdue. For all the money AT&T makes its time they reinvest in their product and put out a quality service.

    I am on the phone with AT&T customer support and was just told this app no longer works with their system. This is a waste of space on the phone and does nothing but maybe make the customer feel better about poor service.
