    I LOVE this app but I can’t find where the option is for talks anymore and that is my favorite part about this app. It is the reason I became a paying member. Please someone help me find how to get to the talks.

    This app is so amazing for meditation, before I found this app I was using Headspace, for Headspace you have to purchase a lot of the items for a monthly fee that was a little too much for me. I am so happy that I found this app, they have a lot of soothing meditations for sleep, calming down, getting rid of stress and worry’s and more. I definitely recommend this app to anyone who would like to either start or continue the amazing benefits of meditation. I use this app every day to calm down and every night to help me fall asleep. 🙂🙂

    I’ve used Insight Timer for a couple years now, and it has been an excellent tool to for supporting my mindfulness practice. I’ve used a bunch of the free guided meditations to help with relaxation, falling asleep, and body awareness, and I’m grateful to the teachers who create them. I also took one 10-day paid course on the timer on gratitude which expanded my awareness of paths to gratitude. Thank you for the timer.

    It’s an easy, well presented way to structure a meditation practice. I wanted something like a book or app to help me establish a new practice, guidance per se. I love that it lets me choose a topic and length of time that fits my needs.
