Always be suspicious of applications that require you to log-in using existing accounts.

I’m up to date on apple software. I’ve been trying to DOWNLOAD this app for over a month and it NEVER successfully loads to a full download. I have the unfinished, clock ticking symbol every time. Disappointment.
  • Great app, but a few flaws holding it back

I love this app, as it is very good for when I don’t wanna pull out my heavy laptop and wait for it to boot. It can be better than regular photoshop because of the way it uses presets. However, it has some problems that limit its potential. The main issue is that it always saves things as JPEGs. This means any transparency in an image is lost no matter how little you edit it. Another thing that could increase the potential is the ability to import other images as layers onto the canvas. Other than the above listed issues, this app is great, and is much more helpful than the default apple photo editor.

Review of app PS Express 2019Feb, 2019Mar, 2019Oct ❗️Now I have to re-crop 21 images because PS Express (iPad) stuck a logo in the bottom right of the output image by default. Adobe is proving how callus they are about their users’ artistic needs just to serve their sales and cash flow. Every time I am pressed to use (on a mobile device) PS Express, Mix, and Fix, it just reminds me of how flexible PS Touch was. (Besides I am fortunate enough to retain a working copy of PS Touch on an iPad held back to iOS10.) Adobe is just holding back a creativity for the sake of ease of use. *Please consider changing your approach to what these software are meant to achieve! #1 Bring back Photoshop Touch or its equivalent! You have created a huge logjam in my workflow by removing it. #2 Limit or remove the annoying ad for Reduce Noise. (That task would have been easy to do in PS Touch.) #3 in Adobe corporate culture, bring back the importance of software gurus who faced new functional challenges and saw their dream accomplishments in each new version of software. (That died when the bean counters brought in Creative Cloud subscriptions and the $$$ flow became more important than the customer, the software, and what it could do.) #4 PS Express needs to have SELECTION, CUT, COPY, PASTE, FEATHER since there is no equivalent in any of your other mobile apps and no way to apply effects to portions of an image. #5 PS Express needs to RESPECT and PRESERVE TRANSPARENCY. It is a real hang up trying to work with layers in PS Mix and losing that integrity in PS Express. Note: This appears to have been corrected—>(In fact, it screws up the image big-time with the “checkerboard” which represents transparency which actually is introduced into the image and spoils it.) • You’ve basically taken PS Touch, a neo-Photoshop 4-5 equivalent, and, -with the new apps, Express and Fix-, created a (layer-less) Photoshop 1 with canned effects. • You are -so- lucky there are no professional enough apps I have found in the realm of mobile devices, or I would drop Adobe mobile like a rock! — Updated 16 March, ‘19: (1). (Re. the Healing Tool) Was trying to remove objects from white background and thought Express could remove by sensing dominant white, but instead it added more random bits of residual figure. More time wasted having to cut out in Mix. (2). Have left 2 reviews, but Express keeps asking for more, and fairly often, about >1 times per day now. I have to dismiss this often. (Mix is pestering me about Noise Reduction. Why didn’t you create a Particle Manager instead. That could create, scale, and remove random noise, color grain, odd particle shapes, and random image distortions. You might have missed a golden chance there.) (3). Why didn’t you use PS Touch as your “hub” to work between apps. Express Fix (quick overall adjust.,collage) (liquid, auto fill areas) \ / PS Touch (neo-Photoshop capability) / \ Mix Sketch (layer work, some effects) (draw, draw to patch&repair) You have “Capture” and “Lightroom” to supplement. Without PS Touch, all are like pieces to a jigsaw puzzle box with many pieces missing or damaged. In some ways, it was like these components were developed in isolation from each other. Were they? ***By the way, I STILL USE PS TOUCH on two iPads kept at iOS 10, but Apple operating systems have changed to the point they will no longer work with iTunes or AirDrop and I know my time is running out. Can you do it? Yes! Will you improve what you have? ??? PLEASE‼️

Great if you have an online store. My god this shaved about 40min per picture compared to what I was using before for stark white-flat-lays. Basically you only need basic understanding of... using apps... and you’ll be able to mess around with this and figure it out even if you’ve never used it before. Honestly. It’s user friendly IMO and way less “computer person” (lol) than the full photoshop computer program, yet you can edit pictures and make them look nearly as professional, or just as, depending on what you’re doing (like in my case to make the white backgrounds- this app lets me make pro-level ones). If you just want a picture to edit your selfies, this is probably a bit more advanced photoediting than say, FaceTune, and you probably need to know how to edit pix a bit more than you do on that app. But for anything professional, products, to make nature/scenic pix pop, to add text, etc- it’s fantastic. Also, it makes the best collages of any app I’ve ever used. Hands down. I really never review apps, but I love this one. And I love the sister apps that go with it. Fantastical. Seriously have no complaints that I can think of.
