Coast to Coast AM Insider

It’s Coast To Coast but any time of day. It’s best listened to late at night, driving alone on an empty highway, or sitting in a truck stop cafe, only you and the exhausted fry cook, the only souls awake for miles. Or in my case, alone on a tractor, late at night, trying to get the crops in, watching the stars (and some other lights) gleam in the night sky, far away from the harsh glare, but also a sort of comfort, of the neighbors yard light, only me, George, and my fellow Coasties together for another show. Or hopefully only us. Smetimes you can’t get that. That’s where this app comes in. Every episode of coast at your fingertips. Does it get any better?

Five stars for coast to coast. Three stars for this app. The app sometimes randomly freezes and won’t allow me to click on anything. Also will not keep me logged in, there is a ‘remember me’ option but it still often logs me out when I close the app. Often, when I pause a show and try to go back, it freezes. I can’t find a place on the app where I can find the shows I’ve downloaded to listen to… which makes me have to sort through lots of shows and do lots of clicking to find them. Years ago, C2C had a very simple, no bells and whistles app, and it was great. Never an issue. This app needs a lot of work.

I’ve been listening since the Are Bell days Coast to Coast has gotten me through many night shifts at work. Then I lost the station for awhile, i was so happy to find the app for my phone, now I don’t miss a night since I’m retired I absolutely love George. He doesn’t interrupt the guests letting them finish their thoughts and just knows how to interview, so thank you George. There is a definite need for this information and I hope it never ends!! ~ thank you to everyone that makes this show possible. ~ Liz Vaught

I never leave reviews, but I have to say Coast To Coast is one of the best talkshows in the world. I am so hooked on it I had to become become an insider

The title states the problem. This is the most unreliable live content streaming app I have, and the only that is yearly charged for. Two nights this week (today is 10/5/2024) it just sits and spins when show is live. Other streaming apps are fine. Same behavior on both an iPhone and iPad. Has done this in past too, but becoming a problem again. Spend less time on other app features and just get the darn streaming to work. We are talking years now as an app, and still this issue.

Won’t allow me to sign up

When I try to open App, it doesn’t open. I deleted app and reinstalled, didn’t help. I’ve been using app on my iPod for years. It worked in the last week. What’s up? Update: After contacting CTC support, I was informed they do not support the iPod. No help offered, nothing. They didn’t care they were loosing a longtime subscriber. I cancelled my Coast Insider subscription which I’ve had, using my iPods, for over 20 years time!

Sometimes I listen on the app when it’s not on the air other times I used iheart. App works great with my iPhone12pro max! Sometimes I listen on the app just to enjoy the bumper music when it’s live. Sometimes it’ takes a few minutes to start up when they are live so I’ll switch over from iheart to the app about 15-20 minutes after it has started that’s the only issue I’ve had. It doesn’t start immediately at some times when the show is live. Other than that keep doing what you’re doing over there at Coast to Coast.

As the title suggest, coast to coast is great. There’s a lot of great content and the search indexing is nice. My primary complaint is the amount of bugs in this app. Downloads often don’t work. I close and reopen and thankfully it will remember my place but I have to close and reopen to play another broadcast. There’s quite a few others. I will continue to keep being a member but wish they’d work some of these out.
