Got a star because I had to. I have a business account which I downgraded to “free” when I closed the business. I can access it using my business email. I want to convert to a personal account using my personal email. But I forgot the password for the linked personal account. So I cannot create a new personal account (email already exists) and I can’t remember the password. I lose. LastPass loses because I have to find another password manager. And Last Pass support won’t help until I upgrade to a paid subscription. Why would I give them my money now?

Please take me off renewal. Lady Past exposed all my passwords and I’m still having issues. It does not work

Works great for me, and I've been paying for it for years. Every device I have is connected and it works seamlessly. I thought it worked great on Android, but I like it even better on iOS. Worth it if you're looking for a great password manager.

The CORE functionality of this app is broken. What is the point of this thing if I have to scroll for miles to find any passwords?

For what ever reason LastPass will not accept my password. It’s in my iCloud Keychain so I know it’s correct. They absolutely cannot and will not help you. All my passwords are gone. Horrible support. Use another app.

I rarely ever review apps but this one is a great addition to my life both personally and in business… Without LastPass, I would be lost, resetting passwords every time I turn around… This app is so good!
  • Constant log in problems

Frequently I have to reenter my master password and get in some glitchy circular loop entering, reentering passcodes, authenticating via multiple routes just to Go back to the master password screen. A master password is just that, if I enter it, I should be able to log in. No obvious help button. I hate this app.
