I generally find it, not user-friendly. When there are instructions to follow, they don’t lead anywhere.

I have been using LastPass for about 5 years now and can’t imagine life without it. We use it to keep all our passwords and important information in one spot. My wife and I can share logins to streamline our lives. Super simple to use and reduces time hunting for scrap papers where I used to write down my info.

Been a paying customer over 25 years now ready to bail. The support now is essentially useless.

I find it very frustrating that I need to manually update my passwords and manually. Enter new ones on my iPhone.

Mine has stopped updating from changes made in other devices. I’ve reinstalled, cleared cache and done refresh vault. Very disappointed

I was having trouble logging in with my master password and I tried to do a reset or one time code but would not work. It would give me an error about having no account associated with my email. The password eventually worked luckily.

LastPass is absolutely essential to my everyday life. I used to have a single password that I used variations of across everything. When I started college all of that suddenly had to change and LastPass was a lifesaver. I subscribed and never looked back.
