The app is slow to update information. It sometimes shows prices from the prior day or much earlier in the same day.

Slow to update my portfolio on a daily basis. Unable to make changes to my portfolio on my iPhone, they have to be updated on my IMac.

It used to be a great app. Most of the time the portfolio doesn’t update correctly. It’s no longer reliable with ticker symbols no longer reflecting correct closing prices.

To focused on portfolio tracking. I don’t need another portfolio tracker. When I log in I want to see market and company news, not a portfolio. That’s not why I buy the app.

Nothing happens when I tap the three dots at the upper right hand corner. Therefore, I can’t edit (e.g. , add or subtract stocks) my legacy or non-legacy watchlist.

Logging into the app produces a generic error message. Same issue I’ve had off and on for years. The app support link in the App Store takes you to a page to doesn’t exist. I’ve never been able to access premium content via the app despite being a subscriber. Clearly the software engineering/QA practices of this team are severely lacking. Please up your game for the sake of your users!

Can’t access my account. There’s a heading that says ACCOUNT but there’s no access to your account data. They don’t inform you BEFORE your autorenewal is processed. The mobile app is mostly worthless.

It’s quite amazing that in 2025 , a paid subscription to quality research should be accompanied by a circa 2000 mobile app, but there you have it. Probably the most limited and weak app from a major financial services firm.
