    I’m not sure what is happening to AT&T but I don’t like it. None of the apps are working. I can’t log into this one but I can log on when I use a computer. I’m being charged for the family app and that one is not working. What is going on with AT&T!?!

    Their service is lousy, they change their promises, and their service technicians can’t get their stories consistent either. They’ve been out to check my equipment, my wiring, and the modem, multiple times over the last year and the service has continued to get worse, as the bills creep higher. So usually they come to the conclusion “well you’re at the end of the supply line and that’s why your service is so poor out here, and we don’t know when it’s going to get any better. “ I will be moving to another provider for Internet and phone service.

    I have never seen a website as bad as this. I really need to make contact online because I haven't received my cell phone account again and this idiotic website doesn't recognize my phone number, doesn't recognize my email, doesn't recognize my ID, doesn't even recognize my zip code. I lost more than 30 minutes of my life with this crap.
