    Left me on hold for 50 minutes then a recording says due to circumstances beyond your control you can not take my call. Please try again later. Thanks a lot. Guess I will just go to another provider.

    App works like crap. Can’t log in; keep getting errors. I have these problems every single time! Can’t get into my U-verse account either. Eerrrrgghh!

    This app is completely useless and provides terrible suggestions on how to troubleshoot issues. Then, connects you to safari to “chat live” with a robot who suggests you should call a phone number where you will wait on hold for an hour and a half.

    I should have moved my wireless service just like I did with TV & internet. These people tell you one thing on the phone and when you get your bill there’s fees & charges you’re not suppose to get. I been trying to talk to someone for the last two days over 30 minutes on the phone only to hang up. The app has no options to resolve errors on your bill

    Customer for over 25 years and can’t get anyone one the phone to talk to me. Trying to upgrade iPad pro to new iPad Pro. But it won’t let me make payments just pay in full. I don’t owe monies on any of my devices. Have paid them all on time so what’s the problem?

    I moved and I tried getting ahold of a real person for 10 days to get service installed at my new location. Their automated service will transfer you to a number which will then disconnect. No one answers the phone. Their system was supposed to transfer me to an operator and I was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. I tried two other occasions and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. Their automated system gave me the link to schedule service and after imputing all my information the system said he could be out today. Guess what, no one showed up. Time for Comcast.
