    This has to be the most difficult app to use to pay your bill. Before the update, it was simple. Now, it’s a pain in the butt. I personally hate it

    Twice I’ve tried upgrading a device and twice it says code being sent and then nothing happen. Last time, two years ago, they said they would fix. Two years later same issue. So no longer upgrading any more devices. Site not much better.

    i try to understand life happens. in december of last i spoke to a representative about merging accounts that never happened. last night called the 611 number and i felt like the automated service was geared to don't transfer to a live person so i went to the chat to see if they could help, 3 rd try was able to make a payment still can't access my app passcode sent by ATT only to be told it's the wrong code...i switched to ATT because i want good customer service it should not take 2 hrs of someone's life to get resolution. last person on chat heard me and resolved in less than 3 minutes. still can't use my app to make payments
