    The app was working for me since March, on last 2 updates now it keeps crashing on start, is not good, I can’t access my account and do my monthly stuff!

    The worst phones service ever!!! Have contract for phone for$ 35 a month but out right put the whole phone on one bill. Did everything they asked me to do to get phone back to them. On top of that!!! They never got my 2 watch paired with my 2 phone but charged me every month for 6 months and I tried to get them to fix it each month. Still never fixed it but still charged me for it. Now I have talked to them every month and keep getting the same run around saying they will credit back but never have. I have been on the phone now for 7 hours on 3 different phones setting on hold. ( as I’m writhing this review I’m still on hold!!!) never

    Terrible App and customer service.Not only you can’t find anything on the app .The app always leads you to forms .The app is awful why can’t it be like all the other carriers.Because all the others are simple go straight to what your look for .Customer service is awful they remind me of the app leads you to different area and get no answers .I regret leaving Verizon but lesson learned

    The chat bot is ridiculous! I went onto the app to sign up for auto pay specifically because it was offered as a way to “save” ten dollars a month on my bill. However, I would like to choose the day of the month for the automatic withdrawal. An impossible task (apparently)? Searched everywhere on the app and used “chat”. Also, a few months ago there was an outage in my area. After several days of no home service I was finally able ( after endless on hold times and technical support knowing nothing) to learn that a cable had been severed in a construction site down the street. The customer service person that I was speaking to convinced me to order AT&T Air. Well the box arrived very fast. I set it up no problem except there was absolutely ZERO reception anywhere in my apartment. After an hour of trying every room I packed the device and sent it back. Total waste of time and effort. The sales pitch was relentless. The device still shows up in the app as something in my suite of services. There is no charge but it’s annoying to have my account cluttered with a ghost device and to be billed 0.00 each month. I don’t need to see that.

    People on fix income need and customer’s that have been with you for 20 years should get price break to keep them with the company cause every month my bill has gone from $200 to now $580 and that is just ridiculous with the prices and they won’t give us a break with all these extra fees that they add onto your bill. It’s not right! I’m going to see a lawyer regarding this cause being with them for 20 years and they just keep milking me for every penny I get and all I get is $1000 a month to live off of and they are taking $580 of it how does some one pay there rent or even eat with these prices? It’s not fair!

    Actually … a ZERO! After about 15 years of service, have had outrageous billing for the past year. Started disputing about a year ago because agents couldn’t get account on proper plan. Still ongoing and have claims in thru Loyalty Dept. A payment arrangement was to begin in 2 days, while expecting some disputes to be settled. I have talked to many reps over past 2 weeks, not to mention past months. Phone services for 6 phone lines and other devices are now totally disconnected. They do not know how to treat customers.

    I transferred my number to the T-Mobile because att wasn’t able to pay me for causing me lost income I’m an rideshare driver I lost my income that day on 2/22/24 because att service broken down and I kindly asked for lost of income but they said only $5 it’s funny Whatever never again
