    I would like to make the amount of payment to make on my monthly statement. I use to do it but now am unable to. I would like for it to go back to the amount a customer can pay on his/her monthly payment.

    I’ve been a At&t member for both Wireless & Cable for over 10 years 5 phones 5-6 boxes, my bill is on average $750/month. It’s so many cheaper options that provide the same & or better service, & the WiFi is horrible in my house. Over 10yrs, well over 75k spent on the service, no type of deals for current members deals on service going forward for All-Decade members,Something!!! My wife has been adamant about finding a better provider that takes better care of its members & I can’t find anymore excuses to stay, so I’m currently searching for better!!!

    Been a customer for 10+ years. I hardly complain or ask for much and I keep my accounts current and my electronics a long time. I called and asked for a credit back for activation fees i was charged ( didn’t get the phones from Att) and was told no. I was told that’s just how it is. I lose connection at times in my own kitchen while on my phone and I lose tv when it rains but yet I stay loyal. Was very disappointed that loyalty was ignored. Possibly time for a change.
