    The app works well, however, it’s so frustrating when I either place an online order or go to a store because the location says it’s in stock. And they’re out of stock. And this just doesn’t want location. It’s seriously like every location in my area does this.

    So many obstacles after ordering their circle card. The app nor any browser functions with the card, despite having a link to “manage card.” I was however able to link the card to make purchase. But not manage my card. This was after hours activating and setting it up after I received it. The app acts the same as a browser, but I tried for another 3.5 hours today between all platforms and on the phone to access the debit card account. You can find a link to “manage card” but it does not accept anything to sign in with known usernames, emails, passwords. It also will not Set Up anything, despite correct credentials. They give you a number to call, incompetent who gives you another number to call. These are different than the site. Not secure. THIS Customer service in India is the most incompetent service center. They couldn’t even fake knowing knowledge. I was not able to reset password, create one, nothing that was available to try. After hours on the phone, hearing the same gibberish process I had tried a few dozen times, I decided to cancel the card and account. They asked for way too much private information as well, like full social security number. Frankly, they should not ask this or have access to it. The app should give you full access to your card to see charges, transfer money, make payments. It does not function if it does not offer a clear and easy login to control your card. This app is no better than any browser. There is not a clear process on this app or browsers to get to your account. It’s really a zero rating at how much time they have wasted. 2 star is solely for how well the cart saves. Regardless, I’ve cancelled the card and will not try again. The service is untrustworthy.

    Trying to set up an account took forever, and I was constantly redirected to target sights that don’t work to the point of me googling ‘why is the target app so terrible?’ To learn that the app got hacked and now we all have to jump through hoops for their mistake of not being secure enough 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
