    Easy to use. I like the “healthy trends” things that say like “on days you had a smoothie you consumed fewer calories overall.” It’d be great if I could link my Coros. But it’s ok because it links with Strava as a middleman. But if it connected with my watch I could have the sleep data and stuff automatically uploaded and not have to enter it manually.

    I’ve been dieting off and on for most of my life. I’ve tried many apps and systems. This is the easiest app to use by far. It sends enough encouragement without being intrusive. I’ve been using this app for about 3 weeks and have lost 9 lbs.

    Purchased the app and I can't even log food. There is no customer service to contact and Apple won't refund me for the purchase.
  • App works, but new ads make the app useless

    App used to be good. In the free version, watch an ad in between logging food. Easy peasy. Recently the ad network has changed, and the ads being served are malicious. They have fake “x” buttons, so trying to close it out opens the App Store to download it. These ads will redirect you to the App Store multiple times before you can return to the app. Perhaps the idea is to force people to subscribe to the app with horrendous ads? Not worth it for me.

    This app is really handy and compares very well with the MUCH higher prices My Fitness Pal and worked really great for a flyover. I am supposed to be tracking my sodium and protein. So I’ve been using it without paying much attention and really liked the app. BUT today I noticed my sodium was MUCH higher for the day than it should be. When I went into my logging to see where I had went over, the app does not show me sodium by meal or by food source. This is very disheartening. I think for that reason I will not renew membership. But for everything else it was great. I even think that when I scanned my food, it had a wider database than the other.

    The ads keeps getting longer, more scammy, more annoying. I just want the basic calorie counting features so I’m not paying for it. Can’t even do that without some 30 second ad that screams at you for payday scams even with your ringer off and makes you hit close 80 times. Now I’ve forgotten what I was logging. Negative a billion stars if I could.

    This app is so helpful in my weight loss journey. I need accountability so tracking my activities and what I eat is exactly what I needed. I tried several weight loss apps before but were very complicated. Lose it is very simple while being very effective
  • Used to be great, now ads are horribly annoying

    Gonna find a different app and suggest folks new to tracking look elsewhere. The ads used to be fine on the free version and now they’re long videos you have to wait through, they play sound, have hidden close buttons, etc. They pop up after you add each meal. Way to ruin a good app! I was actually considering upgrading, but because of this new change I don’t want to give them the money. I’m fine with ads but don’t allow them to ruin the app experience. So disappointing.
