    The app is fine, it’s not amazing but gets the job done. However when you select partially available and try to put your time in, a majority of the time it won’t let you. It will keep resetting to something like 9:45-10, only 15 minutes. It’s pretty much impossible to put in your time

    I hate app now. Why is it exactly like the website now? I paid for the app, so I wouldn’t have to go on the website. I’ve had it for 5 years now, it used to be so simple to use & it WOULD NEVER log you out. Now, every time I open the app I have to log in 😒 BRING BACK THE OLD APP!

  • Incompetence at every level

    A few weeks ago, my calendar stopped updating with my work schedule. I had not changed my settings in the app. I’ve missed three shifts since then because the app won’t update my calendar, despite my preference still being to allow it. I’ve tried to call their customer support, and they just give the same excuses as every other company with bad service. COVID-19 didn’t break your app, guys. I’m about to lose my job because you guys don’t have the ability to push out a working product.

    Use safari or chrome to go to the HotSchedules website. Half the time this app won’t even load so you end up having to use safari anyway.
  • Always faulty

    I have to use the safari version in my emails to barely see my messages because the app never loads up and it's not my phone cause everything else works. Even in safari I can't even see my schedule properly. You can't have free apps doing way better than this mess.

    I used HS for a second, part-time job so it didn’t have a huge impact on my life but if I had needed to use it consistently I think it would’ve been frustrating I’ve since left that second job and am still getting notifications for it. There’s no way to say that you’ve left the job
