The app is fine for the most part. But a what I’m assuming is a bug is driving me crazy. If my job posts a broadcast message, that message will pop up every. single. time you click on anything. So if you open the app, pop up. Click on a day you work and want to see your server section, pop up. Click off of that day and go back to the main screen, pop up. It’s absolutely insane, please fix it
  • Annoying company ads

If I paid for this app, I think it should come with the option to ignore ads. I can't open my schedule without having to view company message every single time I get on the app and it's very frustrating

  • Needs an update

Needs an update so that when someone releases a shift, you get a notification. Also when someone picks up a shift and it’s pending approval, it should be unavailable for someone else to pick it up.
  • Doesn’t work half the time

First of all I had to purchase this app for $1.99, which is absurd because the app doesn’t even work half the time. It buffers at the loading screen. It seems they have tried to “update” this app so many times but, within the day they revert back to the original format. I despise this app and wish my job used a different platform.
  • Hard to believe how bad

Its really really hard to believe how a schedule app that you pay for could be soo bad..but thats reality. A scheduling app that constantly has problems loading your schedule even if you are connected to wifi with no problems. The team at Hotschedules refuse to fix these problems that have plagued the app for years. They do not care about their customers or whether they have a functioning app.

Edit: Thanks for bringing the old version back! *** The new updates within the last few days make it much more difficult to use. These things were very beneficial and I hope they can be brought back: •Seeing everyone who is working on the shift with you without having to go to another “Show me” screen •Seeing all the names/positions of the people who are releasing shifts at the top of the screen above the shifts being worked •All the people of the same role being grouped together on the schedule for the day (greeters at the top, servers underneath, for example) •Seeing the names of the people releasing shifts without having to click the drop down arrow on the card The new version is pretty but way more cumbersome.
  • New update not bad!

Am I the only one who really liked the new update?? I thought it was way more visually appealing and the schedule was much better organized. I loved how much easier it was to tell what days you worked with that line either filled in blue or outlined. And I liked how it wouldn’t show you who you worked with unless you wanted to know, made it simpler to me. HotSchedules bring that update back!
