As an N. American privileged to live in Europe, the English language version gives me access to the world from a European POV

I’m subscribed at $143.40 per year, yet I am unable to download LE MAG or any of the other supplements and I cannot play the audio versions of articles. These problems apply to the app on iPhone as well as iPad. I will be canceling my subscription.

So…..this sad French socialist rag has mostly cut and past articles with a “socialist” twist to them. Then…..has the gaul to ask 9.99 euros a month to read all of their rag + articles. Haha I bet Napoleon is rolling over in his grave at this.

Apple charged $250 for a Family subscription, but Le Monde app still doesn’t give access to that subscription. Called Le Monde in France; they say they can’t see anything since the subscription is managed by Apple. Apple doesn’t want to refund. I will stay away from subscribing through Apple in the future if I can avoid it. There is obviously a disconnect between the Apple payment platform and the app providers.

Different perspectives on any story are must in a free society. I don’t believe everything you print but at least I get to think a bit.

Le monde is another left wing fake news mouthpiece. Zero stars.

Problèmes dans le système, mon abonnement payé sous Apple souscription n’est pas reconnu par l’application LEMONDE et ne me donne pas accès aux services abonné pour lesquels j’ai payé. J’ai contacté le service abonné, pas de réponse.
