  • Last update not good

    The app was working just fine until the last update. I was able to listen to audio files continuously even while working in other apps. Now I have to keep the app open and the audio file will shut off randomly between every two and five minutes. Which also means I have to keep tapping the screen every few minutes to keep listening. This isn’t working for me and it’s seriously inconvenient. May have to move everything to Dropbox.

    Update 5-30-20 had a couple of good days. Now it’s crashing every time I open it. One minute tops. Update 5-28-20 I moved all files from the Box server. Now I am moving It all back. It is still uploading. So far no crashes. Previous comment: For the last few weeks, the iPad app consistently crashes within a minute of opening.

    It’s been years since dark mode has come out, and every major app has transitioned. Yet Box hasn’t budged. Works be nice if they actually thought about this in their UX discussions too.

    This current update is almost unusable. Activities freeze or going a snails pace, while rest of phone and other apps breezing along. Not sure what's going on but this is a really important tool for my business and if this doesn't correct we will have to move our account.

    They present the pricing options like it’s month to month but just withdrew hundreds of dollars out of my checking account. When I tried to contact them about how I can’t afford this and want to do a month to month subscription they said sorry too bad. I just lost my job because of COVID and can’t afford this. Every other company has been more than willing to work with people during this crisis, but Box could care less if they just took my rent money from a miss understanding. What a shameful company
