  • Stop CHANGING app between updates

I love this app but the design team feels the need to COMPLETELY change the app design between updates. Well this thing time the design team failed miserably. The navigation to download podcasts now has extra unnecessary steps. Once you’ve downloaded podcasts you can’t read what they are because they shrunk the downloaded podcast menu. The fast forward a previous buttons are so small and directly next to each other. I just don’t understand why you feel the need to redo your app so much. It’s almost like you feel like your precious versions were complete failures, because if you didn’t why would you change them so drastically. I know you can’t make everyone happy, what one person love the other person hates. STOP CHANGING EVERYTHING

The app used to have a few commercials but now they have as many ads as music.
  • Great content but only fair app design

Overly cluttered new interface with tiny, crowded, and hidden podcast controls to make room for unnecessary clutter like showing the podcast name three times on the screen. Can’t safely play downloaded podcasts list on Apple CarPlay without using phone. Replays already listened downloaded podcasts due to bad design and 24 hour delay removing listened podcasts or skipping listened episodes. They don’t do anything when I give this feedback.
  • Back & Forward Buttons

I would really appreciate if the Back(15 seconds) and forward(30 seconds) buttons were bigger and on opposite sides of the screen. It’s unhelpful when they’re super tiny and next to each other. Very annoying!
  • Horrible Interface

The interface is WAY too busy. Also WAY too many commercials even for paid subscribers.
  • This is a great app!

I love being able to take my stations with me wherever! And being able to tell them I like this song or don’t like it is awesome too! Great way to have free music!

The new design is a fail in my book. Tiles on the home page shrunk considerably, making it difficult to find the preset I am looking for amongst the clutter. Once inside your podcast, the Jump Forward and Go Back buttons are impossible to access without two hands on the phone and make it unsafe to navigate if driving. Not sure what user feedback suggested making the buttons minuscule and filling the frame with a big ad were an improvement. I only use iHeart to replay talk radio and this reboot is forcing me onto other apps except for Live Radio access to the shows.
  • Wrapped

So I like this app and I get premium cause my dad works for it. But the thing is that there’s no stats like Spotify. I feel like they should add a feature like Spotify wrapped or make another stat tracking app like stats.fm also, they should make it so there’s different people on one account like streaming services, cause with the wrapped thing if multiple people use one account, like my family, the wrapped idea would mess that up. They should also make it so your own playlist can have the option to be public, again, like how Spotify is. Honestly,Spotify is a better app and I’d switch to it if my dad didn’t work for you and because I don’t wanna make my playlist all over again

Ever since you changed the app the radio channels I listen to cut out constantly please resolve this it’s annoying and can be dangerous if driving and the phone has to be tapped to resume

I enjoy using this app to listen to the radio. Just wish the CarPlay app would also receive the new update to show the presets.
