  • Money issue

    By izzyg2001
I accidentally subscribed to a year subscription which took almost $50 out of my account. I’m a student in high school and I don’t make that much. I need a refund but what I am calculating is I don’t get it until my time runs up (which is a year) is there anyway I can get a refund sooner.
  • Most recent update broke the app

    By MidnightN7
The most recent update broke the app. I can no longer input weight, height, plan info, other data or even restore purchases. The app basically doesn’t work. It shows every day only allowing 800 calories when my nutrition plan is 5:2 and should be 2200 cal and 600 cal. Also changing weight tells me I’m not the appropriate age and my height is stuck at 0’0”. Please correct all of these new bugs ASAP.
  • Monthly subscribers

    By Britney hart
Can you not have it month to month?? I have the app wanted to upgrade to premium but I don’t see where it says monthly. It tell me $21 or however much is due right away. Guess there no way to have it monthly????
  • Basic design with a boujie value

    By peoplearedyingaroundtheworld
The app aesthetic was pleasing, but it lacks certain low key points of what I thought it represents. Giving consideration, people are paying for a subscription fee, having an update for the app more than once a month will ease me more into shelling out my money, and to give it another chance in the long run. My issues were how the questions were design to fit our regime but all I got was an automatic generalize answer, it might as well been a Buzzfeed quiz answer. In my opinion, this app can be more convenient if there was a custom setting to optimize a personal touch. The recipes seemed basic, limited, and categorized sloppy. Wish we can edit/swap out certain ingredients for a recipe. Yes, I can log my own meal, but then I have to upload my meal photo, because the “no image” photo doesn’t go with the “beautiful setting”. Another thing, maybe the app should use a location server, so when we do a grocery list, the price can be noted from the local stores so we can set/adjust our budget. In the test, you asked if we’d like to see affordable recipes, but really don’t back the narrative up. And last, once the “my plan test” is completed, the page should be refreshed with the newly updated plan we chose, custom meals, workouts schedule to our own according time, and then lastly the option at the end to change plans. I can find more reasons why I’m disappointed in this app to justified why it’s not worth it, but I listed my main frustrations. Bye.
  • Missing lots of calories for food

    By Whoevncares!!!
This app isn’t worth it. It’s missing lots of calories for even popular foods. Also some of the foods they have are off on the nutrition for the serving size given. Myfitnesspal has more options already recorded and is far more accurate
  • Great

    By Awooooooood
But still a little complicated to me.
  • Does not work if you work a night shift.

    By Gcxhfvvbjgg
If you for example like me sleep during the day and work nights. My day starts at 6pm. So that’s when I eat breakfast. Please allow of a 24 hr custom setting for people who want to track their meals on irregular schedules!! Otherwise the app is easy to use and I will pay for premium after this feature is added.
  • Would like a better break down

    By hmh901
This app is good. It is brightly colored and easy to use. I like the individual meal plans to pick from. I wish there was an easy way to find which exact foods were associated with the breakdown. For example, I consistently go over my fat amount but I am not sure which food is the main culprit.
  • Had High Hopes

    By SimpleTart
I love the UI of the app it’s so organized with a lot of information. The only thing that has me truly upset is that after I paid for a year’s worth of premium, if I try to choose a meal plan, the app crashes and I can’t see my meal plan. I need some sort of help because now I feel like my money is simply thrown away for a feature that I have no access to
  • Hard to read font

    By Grannnd
Perhaps this wasn’t made for boomers’ eyes. It is impossible to see the font. I don’t see a way to make the background darker so I can see the white lettering. This is so frustrating because I paid for a year subscription. Tried to get a refund immediately after installing. iTunes doesn’t allow cancellation. Ugh!!!
