Great app! Only downside is their food database isn’t as extensive as more popular apps such as my fitness pal. But it also has many more functions in the free/paid version compared to my fitness pal.
  • It’s frustrating

I purchased the upgrade to get the recipes but I kind of regret it now. Some of the ingredients don’t make sense. There is a recipe called vegan mushroom pasta and it calls for vegetable cream. Wtflip is vegetable cream. I’ve looked on the internet and nothing comes up as vegetable cream. Then I tried to make a recipe called vegan cauliflower garam masala and it called for chili flakes and then when I read the instructions it never tells you when to use the ingredient! I’m getting tired of trying to follow these recipes. UPDATE: Do you mean vegan heavy cream?

I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and whenever I am actively tracking it is really helpful. I saw on some old blog posts that you can share your progress/meals with friends but it does not look like an option any more. I would give a 5 star review if this were an active feature.
  • VERY Inaccurate

I absolutely love the layout of the app, everything is extremely easy to use! The advertising is, however, quite excessive if you’re not a premium member. The worst part about the app, and the reason I no longer use it, is because the nutrition facts for food items were just HORRIBLY inaccurate! I have yet to find a food item whose nutrition facts in the app match the nutrition facts for the same serving size listed on the bag.

This app is so easy to use, especially when you can just scan the barcode! It’s great and keeps me on track! Also has great recipes for whatever your diet needs are. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking to maintain, lose weight or a way to gain weight in a healthy way!

The subscription is a scam and it prevents you from getting a refund.

I love using this app to help me track macros. I really like that you can pick between certain “diets” and it adjusts your daily needs accordingly! It has a water tracker too for those trying to stay more hydrated! There are 2 things I wish they included: 1. The ability to input a specific “recipe” rather than adding all of the ingredients individually so you could track homemade meals 2. The ability to input fasting days into other diet plans. I am doing the ketogenic easy plan, but plan on fasting one day a week as well and I wish there was a way for me to track fasting days. If they added even one of these features I’d easily give them 5 stars!
  • Shopping cart “feature” very misleading

This is a nice app, but the premium subscription is advertised as something with meal plan and shopping list. The shopping list feature is of no use, since there is no such list at all! it’s hisar an icon next to the meal. It does not help with your shopping. And there is no trial as such, I cancelled my sub after 3 months.
  • dont worry i wont whine about water bottle sizes because this is great

the app is visually appealing and nice to use. i do wish they would add more diet plans like diabetic or other such restrictive, but necessary plans but I understand each user can still customize. Peole need to think for themselves and tailor their plan to fit their needs, without the whining about customizing water bottle sizes or extreme maco counting. think for yourselves and rock on
