    The order never came, it said “delivered” but it never came. The USPS tracking number wasn’t working/invalid so I couldn’t even confirm. After doing an investigation they deemed it was “delivered” but didn’t even use the USPS tracking code to prove my point. I can’t even contact USPS to track it or confirm where it is because the tracking code doesn’t work. Hot scammed and they did a mediocre “investigation” beware.

    eBay is a very user-friendly shopping app, and it's much easier to use than Amazon. Firstly, it's not as complicated as Amazon, which makes me like eBay extremely. Secondly, there are a lot of products that it supports to be shipped to China 🇨🇳, and recently it has specifically added a new payment method for Chinese users: Alipay, which saves me the trouble of opening a MasterCard. Thirdly, eBay has reliable consumer protection, which makes us feel at ease when shopping. In addition, I also want to put forward a modification suggestion to the eBay official: when some Chinese users sell items on eBay, there is no UnionPay credit card as a payment collection method, which raises the threshold for us merchants to enter eBay, and many people will have to choose to open stores on TikTok or Amazon. All in all, my experience of using eBay recently has been quite pleasant, but there are still many aspects that need improvement.

    (*** = improvement request) I love eBay. Have bought and sold, and can say it’s incredibly easy to do either. That said, there are some flaws in the system. Ultimately, it is easier to find items than on other websites, so shopping is pretty straight forward. Selling is also straight forward, however the fees are always surprisingly stout. I think that’s why more people have been selling on fb marketplace…not me though, can’t stand fb. Plus, eBay’s UI is significantly better.. ***One giant issue that I believe really needs to be addressed, is offers and payments as buyer. Two recent events have soured my use of the site/app. First one, I went to put an offer on a 60’s comic book that was a little pricey, but it would not take me to PayPal. This is a big issue, since it pulled over $500 out of my default account rather than the one I intended. Then was unable to get seller to cancel and resend request, and it auto charges. ***Second is just general use for offers in combination of combined shipping. I have struggled and twisted carts to try and get both an offer price of several different products and combined shipping but your cart does not automatically adjust the shipping price since the offers are seen as individual purchases. I literally am taking items OUT of cart right now to lower the purchase cost since I won’t receive the price I had been offered…combined shipping saves more and have to make a choice. EBAY! —> less items sold means less fees right? Why has this not been corrected?

    eBay is terrible when I ordered this merchandise. It said it will be here by Tuesday once I pay for it then they tell me a different date that it’s going to be received. You guys already have my money that’s not fair to the customer lies and deceit just to get a person money, I would never use eBay again.
