I signed up for a 3-day free trial, but my account was charged immediately. When I canceled, it didn't take effect until a week later, leaving them with my $6.99 and no trial.

I’m having a hard time trying to cancel my subscription with this company. I emailed them and I followed the instructions and I’m unable to cancel my subscription using the directions.

I paid for this app for a full year and I was still getting charged weekly regardless me paying for the whole year, also I emailed them questioning but I never heard from them explaining why I was getting charged..👎

I have canceled this subscription and have now gotten charged four times. This is my second time contacting Apple, where they’ve filed a dispute with this company.

These people will screw you with no mercy.
