I was told at least 5x I had an insufficient balance on my cc. I feel like I will be charged multiple times. Not a great first time using the app experience.

The app is actually great from a menu standpoint but I seem to have to reset my password every single time I try to use the app. Super frustrating and time consuming when you just want to quickly order a coffee.

This place has great latte and amazing service. I’ve also had their juices and their toasts which are fantastic.
I mainly wanted to emphasize the latte because there’s very few places with great coffee.

Too many screens to order

There are far too many screens to place 1 order. Please please please make some default or favorites so people don’t have to select ten things before placing an order. I should have a default location, default order, and default tip just to name a few. Ideally I just hit 1 button “place favorite order” and it’s all done for me! I have to hit at least 10 buttons to order the exact same thing everyday. So frustrating.
