    Don’t know how I downloaded this app, I think it was when I was returning something to Amazon. Says it’s free but I was charged twice before I realized what was going on. Was charged $9.99 plus tax one month and the next month $9.99 plus another $9.99 plus tax. I never used it and don’t even know what it’s for or how I downloaded. Won’t be able to get my money back, who would you contact?

    This app is not clear on the cost and their advertising is such that you find yourself with it downloaded and a $9.99 cost. I think their practice is unethical.

    I bought 3 drones. The product n ver said we had to purchase a scanner app for $$$. False advertisement. You people should be reported and prosecuted by the Federal Trade Commission.

    Tried this app for about 10 minutes, it didn’t work (for me anyway) so I thought I canceled it, but just got a bill for $9.99. Very misleading and crooked. Watch out on this one!!!

    Since April 2024 I installed what was advertised as Free. Two weeks after that began charging me $9.99 A WEEK until October. I never clicked on any subscription. So that cost me $229.77. And the only way to get anything done about this app is to write a review??? Apple needs to take responsibility for PREDITORY APPS. I cannot believe I am the only one. Apple will only go back 60 days for a refund. I am really beginning to distrust APPLE! And of course the system was blamed to not be able to go back beyond 60 days. Funny….the system is programmed by Apple.

    I had this app when it was free. When I updated the app the app in purchase for $9.99 showed up quickly just as I double click to accept and my phone recognized my face for payment. They should make sure clients are aware that it cost $ to upgrade.

    🤬They steal money from you just by allowing the install on the device! Somehow they have set it to charge you when you give access to your camera! There was no warning or notification, just a random charge! Freaking thieves!🤬
