What a great way to learn the facts and figures of my 6.3 acres of land - everything from soil type to elevation to coordinates checks out and is an exactly as stated. This will be useful for not just me but for surrounding properties as well, should I find a stray pet or two as I already have - I will know the owner before I bring them back. Endless possibilities with this info!

Great Features Expensive though

The discovery of this app is unbelievable for anyone who has family members that were a part of the greatest Generation when you are attempting to maintain the legacy of the property that was passed along through the family in particular

Still exploring around, hence the 4 stars. So far the only thing I see missing is retail value information and mil rates. Like I said, still exploring. Great app.

Would be 5 stars if didn’t update and take land ownership names off parcels

It does exactly what I need it to. It’s very convenient to see my property lines on an app.
