  • Software does not deliver on promises

There is extreme latency when trying to connect to the live stream. It takes from between a few seconds (fine), to minutes or never- often will not connect at all without repeated attempts and luck. The AI identification is very often wildly wrong and you can’t correct it once it mistakenly labels a mourning dove as a chicken. I could go on with more product shortcomings!!! The app is not ready for deployment yet they have my money for the feeder that doesn’t deliver as advertised. 😡

This app and the bird buddy feeder works very well. Our family is really enjoying meeting our little visitors.

I absolutely love watching the bird videos everyday, especially when a new species arrive! It’s a mental break from the daily grind; it’s better than social media.

We have been very surprised at how quickly the birds (and squirrel) have adapted to the feeder. It is fun to watch.

I love the app. But it’s stopped making videos. I have to catch the birds on my own. I know I’ve just got to figure it out. Little tricky.

You can name birds, chat with nature, and even get their premium family subscription! And guess what? They even have bird care!

I have worked for an hour trying to set the Wi-Fi up with this camera. I spoke with someone at Bird Buddy who tried to help me and said someone would call me back They never called me back I’m sending it back
  • WHAT LIVE STREAM?!

Live stream is not live! It takes anywhere from 10-60 seconds to load! Even when my connection is showing “high” signal strength! In addition, there is no sound during live stream. Why? The recordings have audio but the live stream is completely silent. I have checked my phone volume settings several times. The notifications are also delayed. Please fix otherwise this is so not worth it and returning!

Very easy to set up and use. Great gift idea for someone who likes birds. Hardest part is keeping the feeder full enough for the small army of birds.
