I just love these stories they keep me on the edge

I was reading a book that I really liked, I run out of coins so I did a top up of $14.99. I went back to my book , saw an option for purchasing chapters in bulk. I clicked on it and all my coins disappeared and I didn’t get any new chapters. I sent a message informing the customer service team about it but still no response. So now I’m at a loss. I’m so hurt and frustrated. I don’t think it’s fair. I want my coins or my money back. This app is so dishonest. If I don’t get my money or my coins I’ll delete the app. And warned people about it. I really hope someone address the issue soon.

I don’t like you have to pay to get chapters

I don't normally have issues with this app but for some reason, lately I haven't even been able to read. It keeps saying; "Something went wrong. Please retry later." I earn my points through adds and because of this issue, I'm unable to enter the rewards page. That might be been reasonable if it was a short time and it allowed me to at least read the stories in my library until things started working again... But it doesn't even allow me to read. Also I've been having this issue for a couple of weeks. Then I deleted the before redownloading it and now it won't even let me into the app. Please fix this issue.....

So far I love the suspense I hope it stays interesting and has a great storyline for her to come up .

I don’t know how I agreed to be charged weekly for this app but you do not have enough good books to justify this cost. How can I cancel weekly charges?
