I downloaded this app. I didn't like it as soon as I opened it. They had already charged me $10.99. I just clicked to see a book and was charged another $22.00. I didn't agree. I tried to cancel. The app doesn't have this option. In the App Store, no purchases or subscriptions will appear in the history. The only option is to ask them by email! They already protect themselves from refunding anything for this service done to get money improperly. They also don't respond to emails. The only option is to dispute it with the bank. Very annoying. Terrible service. And they still haven't canceled the service for over 3 months. I'm being charged for this problem!

the chapter move left to right automatically for minutes. it’s so annoying

The library has been glitchy for several weeks. The audio often doesn’t match the text, and the app doesn't track what I’ve read. Is someone fixing these problems?

New to the app. First book I opened wouldn’t play. The second one kept stopping. That’s just annoying. No thanks.

I wanted to test the app out to see the selection that was included. I noticed the premium has a larger section (as any app would) and wanted to see what all was offered. I thought there was a 3/7 day free trial that came with purchasing a subscription where I chose the year subscription. I was very disappointed in the selection of the premium subscription and want a refund but the only way to contact support is through an email where i have emailed multiple times. I loved the idea and would definitely use if they had a larger section but I want a refund and would try later down the road.
