This app has no support and after paying for a subscription the app now states that the service is not available in my area with the outline of a state that I do not reside in.

Works sometimes and hangs up,other times never completing task

The app is constantly freezing so looking for an alternative app…

Bought this app for around $18.00 because they showed they could have two pictures of people hugging. And since I have pictures of relatives that have passed on I went ahead and spent the money. Got the app and found no way to create this effect. Contacted the company and they said they were still working on this feature. LOL Nice false advertising! But they did come out with this feature - spoiler alert - it never worked right and after trying it e times I gave up and the company took this feature down, it’s no longer an option. But they still advertise it. Classy! And now when I try the other effects it takes FOREVER to complete like 12 hrs. And to top it off after it finishes it tells me I have reached my “weekly” limit and should try again later. What a rip after paying so much and getting so little!

Bought the Pro subscription. This app never works and totally a waste of money .. read the other reviews if you want more insight.

I’ve created one video and after that, nothing functions like it shows on social media. Now the app says it’s not available in my region. Not sure why or what is happening here. Too many issues for an app you must pay for. I cannot get in touch with support either.

Would give it 0 stars. They even deleted my previous review!!!! I paid for the pro version of the app because it made my pictures animated and sing. Had a blast doing it with friends and family but now they removed all the song options and all that’s left are lame animated sounds.

What a complete waste of time. Asked specifically how many credits would be used prior to generation and was told 1 - nope - used 40 and didn’t even create a video. Hard pass. Way over promises and under delivers

Feeling bad about having purchased this app. I was not aware that when purchasing the Pro version that the video creation was not included. I’ve messaged the developers plenty of time as to why the videos were not appearing. They said that it takes time for it since it’s a large file. It took 5 emails with the developer to finally tell me that the videos were not part of the Pro plan I purchased. I feel this is a very deceiving tactic by non American firms.
