    I was being charged twice a month on my Apple Pay and canceled. I resubscribed through another card and a couple days later it says my account was suspended. I spoke with customer service and she told me I had to pay again. I’m not paying again. This company is stealing and scamming people out their money. I’m going to report them

    However, every time I subscribe to the network I am told that I need to subscribe again. It’s only been a week and this is the second time it has happened to me. And there’s no way to get in contact with customer service.

    Every time I buy the subscription after a week or so it says didn't buy anything and I can't watch NOTHING after I just paid. This the second time this happened. I want my money back.

    I paid twice for my subscription and both times the very next day I’ll get back on to watch a show and it will say subscribe again!! I keep getting played out my subscription !! It keeps saying was suspended and I just paid yesterday!! I’m not paying again, however this needs to be looked into and there is no customer service or way to fix it at all.

    I purchased now that's tv because I seen it on my for you page for TikTok and instagram and thought it would be a good idea to watch but as I opened the app following purchasing my $5.99 subscription, the episodes would not play on my TV and I tried to delete my subscription o and my account and I was unable to see anywhere on the app that I can delete it and no customer service contact? This is ridiculous and taking peoples' money. This app and who's ever behind it needs to be sh it down and stopped immediately!

    Great app , love the content, but I hate how the app doesn’t have a “ continue watching section “ so you have to specifically remember what episode your on and what time stamp. I also hate that sometimes it’ll glitch to where you cant make it side ways on your phone unless auto rotation is on, my only two problems.

    This App is trash & horrible!! I see they so called have a new look & upgraded their app with the “plus” but the only thing I’ve been seeing is PLUS scams & issues!! Paid the subscription $5.99 to watch Young and Reckless, only watched ONE episode, went to go back in app to watch another episode, just to be told to I have to pay ANOTHER $5.99?!, over top of that, I had to keep resetting my password because I was logged out of my account out of nowhere. I have receipts and proof that I paid the $5.99 already and suppose to have a MONTH worth of subscription!! And makes it even more trash, you can’t even get in contact with no one in “customer service”, how you call the number and get a busy signal?? So yea, I advise DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, it’s a SCAM!! Look at the other reviews saying the same thing, don’t walk, RUN!!
