    The app is not as bad as there phone system hanging upon you 6 times in a row after waiting on hold forever, literally everyday. But still ridiculous the amount of signatures and initials your expected to get for every job. It takes longer to do the paperwork in the app then it does to do the actual job.

    after trying to login the app crashes. then upon reloading the app it gives a white screen and nothing more . app is broken.

    The new app glitches especially when changes are made . Which we have to do several times a day since the orders are always keyed incorrectly and skus have to be changed removed added . We work in MN and it will show I have pickups in Illinois chicago and other places where it’s wrong and not correct . Maybe in other areas thaI app performs ok but here it’s very glitchy. also, when we call in a SKU change in the SKU is changed. It will mess with other jobs on my route so when I’m closing out a TV installation, it says you have to add a picture for a flood light which was added for another job.I don’t get why Best Buy uses such a sub par company the previous app was way bette ready easier especially for planning out days and routes . don’t even get me started on when we call into crst to wait on hold to change the SKU since we have to stay on site. Usually we spend 30 to 40 minutes trying to get them to just answer the phone. Then when they do it’s 50% chance of answer and drop or transfer and drop. Very frustrating only reason this company is still in existence is because they have contracts with big corporations such as Best Buy. The techs are always on the negative end of these interactions and experiences which ultimately leads to frustration and can translate over to customers . Not a good look 1.6 / 5 I’m sure this app wouldn’t be rated sub 1 if we were actually allowed to select 0/5. There have been some minor adjustments and improvements but very lack luster compared to what you had … time to step it up everything is app based and if you can keep up you get left behind .

    I love that the App gives more control to the individual tech. When running 4-7 teams through out the year, this App minimizes the workload on the admin. Is the 5 initials and signatures a little redundant at times? Sure. But necessary in order to protect tech and customer. I love how it consolidates picks ups by location and almost guarantees on time payments cause it forces you to upload the proper docs/pics. The only reason I scored it a 4 is because there are a few more bugs to work out especially when it comes to delivery only, or appearance fees that are requiring a completion form.

    Old app had calendar displaying future jobs . Now we are forced to go to the website . 5 steps back .
