I have tried for two days to talk to someone. They will not respond. It’s a shame because prior to this I was told the app is great. Whatnot is way more accessible and user friendly.

The vibes are right, shipping is reasonable, and such a fun way to resell + buy!

I used to love this app would get on daily watch and buy and collect awards, but you go and change awards and I’ll watch for an hour and it says to collect award but it says I haven’t even watched 5 mins so it’s not giving you the awards! Then shipping was $3.75 and then it would go down the more you buy now it starts between $6-$9 which is crazy! Then I don’t even see the reason to even pay for prime!! Very unsatisfied with this app now! Very disappointed

I’m not sure where the founders took a wrong turn but the app is a mess! Constantly changing pointless incentives, doing updates that make the app harder to use, pushing buyers to their “paid” sellers which hurts the sellers who are there to make a living and are actually very good at what they do. Everything is a ridiculous competition and as a buyer it’s obvious the founders are only interested in lining their pockets and make it impossible for their original sellers to make any kind of income. It was great before they added the paid sellers. These owners don’t have a clue how to run a business. Get a few of these women in there to clean this mess up and maybe you’ll have a chance. And get rid of the paid sellers, we all know they aren’t making you any money…It’s like watching a slow sinking ship

Worst app ever. Downloaded and signed on to check out some lives and instantly was booted from stream and blocked. Seriously so unprofessional. Seems like the creators of this app need to learn from the bigger apps like whatnot for example. I will blog all over the internet now and make sure no one downloads this joke of a reseller app. Missed out I have over 20k followers that would’ve jumped over while I was running on here. Oh that’s right you don’t have a vintage toy category so I couldn’t anyways. What a joke. Best of luck to you
